Sex Changing Lions, Item Usage

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When you open the Adult Sex Changer, at the bottom of the dropdown, it shows the option "Get Augosoma centaurus" at the bottom of the sex changer. If you select this option, you will receive a larva of that beetle species. It also consumes the Adult Sex Changer. It does not appear to be present in the Cub Sex Changer item, just the Adult variation.

1. Select Adult Sex Changer item from Hoard
2. Open dropdown to use item.
3. See "Get Augosoma centaurus" option
4. Click option, consume sex changer and receive the beetle larva.
