•Feel free to comment name ideas or any type of countershaded bases you'd like to see. I can even try to make bases based off of pictures if you'd like!

•Some Bases will have "how to make" notes such as Base 1. These are only to note how they were made, not that they'll be combo factors. Example is Cotton Candy, a base that is its own but was made using Labadorite.

•Each base will get it's own forum once I am happy with each one. This is essentially the rough drafts and one example is Base 6. The original looked like just flamingo while the updated version has more detail and design.

I love 3, 4, and 5 but not the others personally so no support, although if they get their own forums I’d gladly support <3

And I think Trench for base 3 sounds cool, like the deep sea, Mermaid for 4, and like Pluto for 5…?

Anywho, love the artwork these are cool!


Also, number 6 just looks like you took flamingo and used a filter to change the color, I think if you made it more of a distinct type it would look cool!

5 was made using Flamingo and blood stone, I'm defintely trying to figure out how to show a lighter purple kinda like how red is on the Bloodstone. But this forum is more so getting a feel for the bases before they become their own official bases. So essentially the rough drafts of bases before they're published!

Also all are super nice names! I may have to stay away from greek/roman names though in order to stick with africa/egyptian feel of the game

5 was flamingo and bloodstone? I think you meant 6 right? Anyways I still don’t see any idea of bloodstone in there. I even did a side by side comparison there are no changes other than color but I’d love to see the next draft!

Yeah I meant 6. Bloodstone made it look darker but the hue layer I used didn't show it. I'm still messing around with it though. I may need to change bases too

OMG- could you try to make a red base? Like, I mean red like crimson red/blood red!

Maybe like glossy/shiny like blood but with a thick look to it and darker red/lighter red highlights?
