What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Login/rollover What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. My lions have all aged up 2x and I missed a lions heat a lot… I even missed retiring my king… Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? No. Any screenshots you can provide us with? Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: Basically, if you hit the rollover button and refresh too fast, it rolls over once, but says it’s still rolling over. Hi there! I spot checked some of your lions, and none appear to have aged more than once. For example, your lion MagmaStream (#794208571949) aged as follows: 2024-03-19 - 62 2024-03-20 - 63 2024-03-21 - 64 2024-03-22 - 65 2024-03-23 - 66 2024-03-24 - 67 2024-03-25 - 68 Your lion StormHeart (#794213698559) aged like this: 2024-03-19 - 46 2024-03-20 - 47 2024-03-21 - 48 2024-03-22 - 49 2024-03-23 - 50 2024-03-23 - 51 2024-03-24 - 52 2024-03-25 - 53 Then I checked your lion FlutterKit (#794215212310), which was born on the 20th, and it aged like this: 2024-03-21 - 1 2024-03-22 - 2 2024-03-23 - 3 2024-03-24 - 4 2024-03-25 - 5 Lastly, I double checked the ticket you had opened on the 17th where you wrote that you had nested lions the day before (which would have been the 16th). Checking against your user log, prior to your ticket, you had last nested on the 15th and not the 16th:  Everything seems to check out. This was a half month ago that this happened, I said how it happens, I stopped doing that. But the mods that replied to my ticket told me to put it here for others to see. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Referring to the ticket you had opened on 2024-03-17, you specifically stated that you had nested your wolves the day prior (2024-03-16), but only had 1 day left at the time the ticket was created. From your user log, they had been nested on the 15th and not the 16th, which would explain the 1 day left. As well as your reply on 2024-03-18 11:57:57: "I think it was yesterday, all my lions I knew weren’t in heat the day before had 2 days left, and cubs that weren’t announced the day before." But those values all checked out. If you have relatively specific dates, I could look back further to check. Additionally, if it happens again, let us know and I can look into it much sooner. 0 players like this post! Like? |
