What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
It has happened to me a few times but when I do Reverse Breeding Services after the cubs are born they don't show up in the den, but it still shows the lioness having cub(s), and they don't show up until they've hit 5 months and transfer to the players den.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
No links it can just happen to anyone

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. Someone pays for a Reverse Breeding Services and they get to breed with that lioness
2. They wait for the cubs to be born or they use an Instant cub delivery.
3. The cubs are born but they only show up on the lioness pitcher
