As someone who's done it before (and is about to send one out) it's pretty easy! You pick a lioness that's at least 5 months old, though typically they're adults already, and get her all set up to be sent out. Personally I add a bit of decor to them before sending them off, but it's not necessary! The most important part is her bio, where you'll add rules such as how long one person can have her before transferring her to someone else, and touch on topics like breeding and keeping her fed. (I can send you the general rules I list each time). You can also add a little lore to her, describing her life in your pride up until she decided to leave or was potentially kicked out, it's really up to you. I also tend to add a form to fill out for a log that's also put in her bio. Each person will fill out the log, which makes it easier to keep up with where she's been, and some people write fun little stories about what she did in their pride as well! Typically the log includes the name and id of who had her, her arrival and departure date, and a short description of what she did. Some include a section for any decor added.
