Turn Around Time is a Maximum of 2 weeks when your slot is reached. This means if there are people ahead of you on the queue, your 2 week timer has not started yet. If there are people ahead of you, please be patient. I work one piece at a time, in order of payment. Please keep this in mind! I am also a University student currently sitting exams so while I will do my best to be contactable, please be patient with me.

Art may be used for Personal, Non-commercial projects.
You may print the artwork physically so long as this merch is not being sold.
You may use the art for gift/free events and items so long as credit is provided.
Art may not be used for commercial streaming purposes.
Art may not be modified or edited, unless you gain permission from me first.
Art should always be credited to CircleTimeArt when posted to your own pages.

The Only WIP you will be provided is a Sketch wip. Once you approve this Sketch, I will not do changes to the artwork unless it is Artist Error.
Please make sure your Reference Sheet is High quality and completely up to date before commissioning. If you provide lackluster references your slot is likely to be denied.
Please be sure to be as specific as you can when requesting a commission and to have your information ready to go. You can provide google docs and images to better illustrate your ideas.
Once you have approved a Sketch, Refund requests will not be honored UNLESS your 2 week timeslot has elapsed. Then you will be given the option for a new completion date or a refund equal to the amount of work done.
