» You’re free to make any alterations to the design after purchase, including changing the species, but please credit the original design to me. I will PM the winner with my Toyhouse username, but if you don’t have an account, crediting my Lioden ID is fine!
» Reselling/trading/gifting is allowed, but you must ensure these rules are passed along with the character.
» I’d prefer if designs purchased with virtual currency weren’t resold for USD without additional art, but I’m fairly lenient on this as long as it’s a reasonable conversion.
» You cannot, under any circumstance, create a new species based off of my design, regardless of whether or not it is closed. However, you’re free to convert the design’s species into a pre-existing closed species (see first rule).
» Characters cannot be used for commercial purposes (i.e. merchandise) without my explicit permission.
» By participating in my character sales, you agree to these rules.
