These adopts are actually a mix of RNG and custom adopts.. Some parts of the adopts will be randomly generated (specifically the traits with rarities) and the rest is done by me based on your preference.

These adorable creatures are a magical descendent/relative of the domestic cat who possess unique abilities and have beautiful antlers that make them stand out against the rest of the wild cat family. They look like very small fluffy cats with short legs, live in groups of around 10-15 and usually have an elemental ability that assists them with survival. They’re named after their snuggly nature and how they usually live in very cold regions. Snufflekits live in the gorgeous Maple Woods surrounded by winters plains where they thrive alongside their relatives, the wild cats, and occasionally, one will make friends with a lion who passes by…

Here in this forum, you can either take your chances with finding a mystery Snufflekit in the Maple Woods to befriend or you can claim a one who is already searching for a lion to befriend (flat sales).

RULES
Just like my normal adopts store, there are some rules surrounding these designs.
- always credit me as the original designer even if the design is changed/edited
- do not claim my art as yours
- please don’t change the designs you get; you can edit them a little if you must, but please don’t change them to the point that it’s unrecognisable as it ruins the whole ‘RNG’ aspect to this
- do not use for AI or commercial use
- do not resell my designs for more than they were originally bought for, UNLESS it has additional art

Now onto the Snufflekits…

ELEMENTS
There are five elements in total that Snufflekits can have: Fire, Earth, Water, Air, and Moonsight. The first four are the most common, and Moonsight is an incredibly rare element that can only be born to a Snufflekit in addition to their water element. (So basically a Fire, Earth or Air Snufflekit cannot have Moonsight). Moonsight is a gift of glimpsing into the future and past and also allows the gifted Snufflekit to have heightened Water element abilities.
Fire, Earth, Water and Air each have a 25% chance, then Moonsight is rolled (only if the Snufflekit is Water) and it has only a 4% chance of appearing in a Snufflekit. You can identify a Snufflekit with Moonsight by the glittering moon gem on its neck fur.

TRAITS (AND THEIR RARITIES)

Common
Common traits: Normal tail, Normal antlers, No mutations
Here’s an example of a Snufflekit with just normal traits:

Rare
Rare traits: Piebald (Body mutation: Chimera), Piebald (Body mutation: Mantle), Piebald (Body mutation: Patches), Short tail, No antlers, Heterochromia

Special
There are a few special traits that Snufflekits can have, and they’re very rare so there’s a small chance of them appearing on yours.
Special traits include albinism (white fur, sometimes grey markings, eyes are pale but still correspond to their element), two elements (coming soon!)

CREATION OF THE SNUFFLEKIT
Elements and the traits listed above will be randomly generated! The line art shown in the examples above is the line art used for everyone’s Snufflekits.
Colours will also be randomly generated (less so if you list preferences), but they will be specific to the Snufflekit’s element:
Water Snufflekit, the colour scheme is blue/grey/white/green.
Fire Snufflekit, the colour scheme is yellow/orange/red/brown.
Earth Snufflekit, the colour scheme is green/brown/blue/orange.
Air Snufflekit, the colour scheme is blue/purple/white/grey.
Note: Your Snufflekit will likely not have ALL the colours listed for their element. These lists just show the possible colours for each element.

It is also randomly generated if your Snufflekit has Simple markings, Medium markings, or Complex markings. Each of these determines how complicated the Snufflekit’s colours/patterns are. Medium is most common at (60%), followed by Simple (35%), then Complex (5%).

After that, everything else is done by me based a colour generator and on your preferences. You can pay an additional 1gb to pick your Snufflekit’s element (excluding Moonsight) so you have an idea of what colour palette you’ll be getting.
NOTE: Keep in mind you could pay 1gb to have a higher chance at a specific colour scheme from that element then get a rare albino Snufflekit with white/pale grey markings. This is a result of the RNG and you will not be refunded for that, sorry!

SNUFFLEKIT BEANS (COMING SOON!!)
Snufflekit babies are called beans, and very rarely the Snufflekit you befriend may have a little bean with them for you to also adopt! They will look like this:

Their element will be unknown and some of the bean’s colours/patterns won't be visible until they’re older.

SNUFFLEKIT ORDER FORM
Note: At the moment you can order TWO Snufflekits per day! This resets at rollover.

When filling in the form, you CAN vaguely specify certain patterns you’d like since they’re not randomly generated. For example, you could include that you’d like a Snufflekit with mainly brown shades, dappled markings, and a splotch of colour in the shape of a wing on its back. You can do that, however you CANNOT be super specific to the point that you describe the entire design to me.
Try to keep your preferences to a max of 40-45 words.

Putting in preferences does not guarantee you’ll get exactly what you wanted, since the colours are still mostly randomly generated. It just means that the colours that are generated are more likely to be edited by me to fit your preference/s.
