He wanted to know his mother was alright but he knew that she wasn't. His mother soon laid down to tired to walk any more, Ahadi didn't know the area too well but he decided that he would try and find his mother some food. He was scared about what could be out there but he knew he needed to be brave for his mother. He had heard about this place from his mother's stories when he was younger, it was called the pridelands and that his mother had once lived here when she was a cub before she had met his father. Hikari looked around the cave not saying anything. Memories were flooding back to her and the emotions that went along with them. Hikari felt the shame, the fear, the guilt after no had happened. She was trying her hardest not the just lay down and weep. She said to herself to remain strong for Sarabi at this moment. Sarabi watched her mother's actions she felt something was wrong. But didn't know what. All she could think of was, going to her mother and nuzzling her, which was returned gently. "Mother I'm fine, honest." Sarabi reassured her, thinking that was the problem. Looking at her face seeing the pained look on his face, Sarabi was confused at what her father had to tell her. "Well daddy what do you have to tell me? What happened between you and mom?" Dean began to explaining what exacly had happened knowing that it wasn't easy to tell his daughter that their reason for exsisting wasn't really made out of love for each other and had been forced even though they did feel for each other in the end he knew things had been wrong. When he had finished explaining he looked away from his daughter and looked over to his mate wondering why in the end she chose to be with him after all that had happened. 0 players like this post! Sarabi sat and listened to what her father had to say. Sarabi I didn't understand at first, what was going on, I looked at my mother and tears was falling down her cheeks. So it must be true, what my father had said. "It's true isn't it mom, what dad has said?" I asked her, only to get a nod. My tears started falling then, not out of sadness but out of anger, my father didn't love my mother when they decided to have me, he had forced her to have me. My claws unsheathed, I snarled at my so called father. "How could you! How could you!" Sarabi swiped his face with her clawed paw. Dean stood there letting his daughter do what she thought was right at that moment after all he knew that she was angry about what had happened and he wasn't about to tell her that she was wrong as he knew that she was right at this moment, after the first strike he went to the entrance of the cave deciding it was best to have give his daughter time to think about what she had heard plus he hoped that she would forgive him for what had happened. 0 players like this post! Sarabi I watched him leave, he wasn't my father but a monster. I wasn't going to let him get away without answering my questions. I roared in angry,while runningin front of the entrance to block his path. "Your not going anywhere, until you anwser my question got it!" I snarled at him. Dean wasn't going to give any answers to his daughter knowing that it was clear why things had happened. He pushed past his daughter before walking off to allow his daughter to calm down plus he knew that Hikari would be able to give their daughter some idea of the way things had been in the past. He knew he couldn't be forgiven for what he had done but he knew he had tried to make up for the wrongs that he had done. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Sarabi watched with tears flowing down her cheeks, as her father pushed past her and left. "Daddy don't leave me again please," she roared after himin sadness. She turned to her mother, seeing her tears. Sarabi I ran to my mother, she held me as I sobbing into her fur. "Why did he do that to you?" I sobbed. "At the time, your father was so angry when he was not picked at Uru's mate and Ahadi was." Shestarted to explain as I sat and listened to her while in her paws, like when I was younger. "I had alwasy had feelings for your father, but never told him, I was scared. Dean had left the pride right after the ceremony, I was happy for Uru and Ahadi, but I was lonely." I watched my mother's tears fall once more. "When it happened I was part of his plan, he had threatened me not to say anything to anyone so I didn't until you came along." She nuzzled me lovingly which I returned. I knew the rest of the story. "I guess having me, turn dad's heart and he maybe loved you even then mom, but didn't know how to show it." I offered. Dean had never meant to hurt his Hikari and had done things that he wasn't proud of but he had been very different back then and guessed he had wanted Hikari even back then before he even relised it. He wondered for a moment if things would have been the same as they were now if things had been different. He stopped for a moment at the watering hole to get a drink, he had seen how angry his daughter had been and wondered if she'd ever forgive him for what he had done in the past however he didn't blame her if she didn't want to see him again. Sarabi was so angry with her father but could understand that he didn't know how to show is love from her mother at the time, things were different then they are now. "Maybe I was the reason why daddy changed," she thought to herself. Sarabi yawned feeling so tired after crying so much that she fell asleep in Hikari's forelegs. Hikari hugged Srabi's sleeping form to her protectively. "I love you Sarabi." Hikari said to her sleeping daughter, not thinking that she had heard her. Sarabi's tail flicked happily, hearing her mother while in sleep. Uru had left the triplets with their grandmother sleeping peacefully. Uru was still missing adhadi's presence. She needed to take a walk to the water hole. She sighed to herself, knowing the decision that awaited her. She knew that Mufasa was ready to become king. She reached the water hole, taking her time having a drink, she looked around and noticed Dean, laying in the grass. She smiled to herself, before walking over to him. Dean jumped slightly not expecting Uru to come see him "Queen Uru what bring's you here?" Dean asked wondering for a moment why she'd even think to talk to him especally after all he had done in the past but then again he guessed they would end up being related though their children anyway so he guessed that Uru wasn't wanting bad blood between them "I just came to get some air" He told her before sitting down wondering what he should do. 0 players like this post! Uru giggled seeing Dean jump. "Sorry did I scare you, my apologies." She said before laying down and stretching. "I have out the past behind me, I don't want any bad blood between us Dean." Uru stated softly. "Besides I don't plan on being Queen for much longer," she continued while looking at Dean. "Your Sarabi will make a fine Queen and make Mufasa very happy." uru chuckled to herself, "of course you didnt." she murmured under her breathe. looking at dean, uru smiled. "i saw how much mufusa had taken to young sarabi and vice a verser. so i didnt see no reason not to let them be together. i see how happy mufusa and sarabi are together. i want nothing more than happiness for them." uru sighed to herself missing her ahadi knowing that he would agree with her. uru looked over at dean seeing the sadness in his eyes, "your leaving the prideland arent you dean and taking hikari with you," she asked softly. she knew that sarabi woukld of found out sooner rather than later, about deans past with hikari. seeing the marks on deans cheek. "She didn't take it at all well" Dean told her feeling unsure if he could go back after seeing such anger in the way his daughter had looked at him "I'm planning to but we will only go to a different part of the pridelands where I could allow my daughters to grow up safely and to allow my own pride to grow more as well" Dean told her before sighing knowing when they did leave that he would let Sarabi stay with Uru's pride rather then his own because he knew that she would be happier here then with him. 0 players like this post!
