Miska I felt uncomfortable, unable to help a dog in need. Another team or not. I stood next to Dennis, looking dumbfounded, more or less. I lick him on the cheek, "I know, I want to help too." I look behind us, "Looks like they have more dogs though." I shudder at the every thought of losing another race, We have to win... Alisa I nudge Alice gently, "Wanna go have some fun?" I smile at her with a chuckle, "Wonder what I will get myself into this time." I look towards Tom as he walked back to his chair and resumed his up feet position. "Come on, lets check it out." Gabby Gabby smiled t glacia as she handed her the bandages, she opend each one and put them on busters wounds and smiled petting glacia and buster. Gabby stood up and watched her dog pad to the sled "i guess he is fine" she slightly laughed and looked over to Vincent "Thank you" she called out and aborded the sleigh, Gabby looked at her dogs "ok guys get ready" she said with a smile. As soon as it was time to start the race she called out Mush!, her sleigh bounced up as the dogs ran over rocks and dodged tree's. Seeing that they had to turn she called out Gee And has the team turned right her body jerked left, she noticed the other team pass her team and narrowed her eye at them. Mike He waited for gabby to get back on the sleigh and then looked foward, he called out Mush right after gabby did she grabbed on tight as his dogs zoomed through the forest. He hopped his dogs would win but would love them either way, he looked side to side as the sleigh scraped the side of a tree, he called out "Gee" he kept his eye on the sled team infron of them. His team got closer to Arctic breeze and he called out "On By! (pass the other team up) . Dennis Dennis smiled back at the chinook and barked "hi and good luck" he turned foward and tensed feeling Miskas warm tongue on his cheek, he turned to Miska "i dont care if they have more dogs i have faith in this team. He rubed his head against her and as soon as mike yelled out mush he lead his team pushing himself as fast as he could, he made a sliding turn as soon as there owner said gee. Dennis ran on his four padded paws pushing his wieght foward, he passed up arctic breeze and looked back at them for split second then turn foward again "come on guys we got this" he barked feeling pretty sure that his team will win. 0 players like this post! Miska (Are we in like a one-day race or a several day race?? Or... What?_ I went with the motion of Dennis's rub. Once Mike yelled out "Mush," all emotions were gone. It was just my team and I. I pulled the sled with a leap to get it started then set my pace next to Dennis. My tongue lapped out to the side as the wind beginning to push the opposite way. I look to my side and saw we were beginning to past them. I pushed harder, we had to win for the cash prize. As we were already starting to live off of bones. I felt the breeze through my pelt and felt as if I were flying, "Come on everyone!" I barked behind me, as I did so I looked at them. They seemed to be pushing as hard as I. I looked forward once more and saw we were just a dog lengths ahead. Not much further! 0 players like this post! Like? |

(I think it's one day. Also, Zirkon will be choosing the winner.) Whittaker & Finn As the other team began to catch up, he smirked. They weren't getting ahead that easy. "C'mon team, let's show em'!" He barked, speeding up. As he sped up, Finn did too, and they began to run further ahead, overtaking Snow Sweepers once more. But he knew this wasn't time to get confident, anything could happen. Glacia & Wynter The two best friends would cheer on Arctic Breeze. "C'mon, Bullet!" She howled after the team. "Go, Tonar!" Wynter barked loudly. Then, at the same time the two would chant. (the winners will be arctic breeze because they have more dogs and all of them have more experience then snow sweepers) Bullet Hereing Gabby call mush he pushed himself and followed the team, he smiled hereing glacias howl and he dug his claws into the earth pushing himself to run faster. Seeing snow sweepers pass his team up he smirked and tried to run even faster, the wind blew him back and as they all turned right his 2 front paws slid on ice. Bullet soon regained balence and continued to run. Lakura He pushed his wieght foward as soon as Gabby said mush, he growled and sped up as soon as snow sweepers passed them. he turned right noticing that the gang line was being tugged he turned around noticing that Bullet was having trouble with turning, he barked "come on guys we got this" he didn't want to lose his first race and prove the team wrong. Lucky, Angle, & Lilly All three of them ran as fast as they can the wind blowing through there fur, Lucky howled pushing his weight foward and tensing up at the cold air. Angle smiled at Lilly "Come on we got this" she laughed her tail wagging rapidly and her head up high, hearing luckys howl she howled back trying to make up a team howl. Lilly smiled back at angle the cold wind did not bother her snow tht was left on the floor from yestarday flew up as her paws kicked them into arrows face sence arrow was the dog behind her. Lilly turned to look at the other sled team and noticed fray was looking at her, seeing him wink she laughed and smiled at him. Snow & Fray Fray smiled looking at the other team as they pased them, he kept his eye on the Sappala siberian sleddog he watched lilly closly and winked once she turned to him he winked. Snow smiled as the wind brushed on her face she wagged her tail and ran as fast as she could run, she turned and looked at fray seeing him flirting with the enemy she nudged him "come on gt your head in the game" he barked and turned foward again. 0 players like this post! Finn Seeing Bullet slip, he chuckled. "Come on, young 'un, you want to impress that pretty lady, don't 'cha?" He asked, smirking at him before looking ahead, still steadily increasing his speed. He had seen Bullet trying to charm the Sheriff's dog back at the start line, and he thought it was quite funny watching him trying to flirt with her. Whittaker Whittaker laughed as he heard Finn talk to Bullet. The tamaskan was old, but he still had a good sense of humor. He continued to run faster, he was getting a bit tired, but he fought it back, doing his best to win this race. "Come on team, we're gonna get there soon!" 0 players like this post! Like? |

tamba : two years, three months : female : karelian bear dog [canis lupus familiaris] : stray tamba awoke from her slumber, the bright sunlight shimmering on her pupils. 'another boring day.' the stray thought to herself, and tamba shook her head in a horizontal motion, side-to-side. the bitch rose from her resting area, and decided to beg for a few snacks. tamba went to an unusual home, and clawed at the door. a man showed up at the door, and tamba sat down on her rump, pawing at the air. the stranger was amused by her, and gave her a little piece of meat. tamba ran off with the meat and began to chow down, until a metal noose grabbed hold of her neck. the bitch put up a fight, clawing at the dogcatcher and biting the rod. the catcher was able to tranquilize her, and she fell into a deep sleep. hours later, she woke up in a metal cage, her fur brushing against the concrete floor. "augh, where am i?" she said woozily, noticing a large german shepherd next to her. "you're in the dog pound, bitch." he responded, rising up with a cautious, but proud stance. "heh, you put quite up a fight, dolly." the shepherd chuckled, and tamba's head snapped toward him. "i have a name, y'know; it's tamba." she said with a quiet growl in her tone, and the shepherd glanced at tamba. "baron." he responded, laying back down. the two waited hours, but nothing interesting happened. "baron, when are we gonna get outta here?" she asked, and baron replied with a stern stare. "no one leaves here without a human. the only exception is--" baron stopped, as a small husky was being led to a metal door. the men came back, and began to open baron's cage. "no!" he barked at the men, but the noose fell over his neck. trying to save his new friend, baron was able to open tamba's cage. "kid, run!" he yelped, but tamba resisted, and began to protect baron. she bit down hard on the man's hand, and he let go of the rod, allowing tamba and baron to escape. the two ran down a long hall, and jumped through a window, glass shattering behind them. the noose slipped off of baron, and the two headed toward a small alleyway, finally free. 0 players like this post! Spike His eyes diminished all passion and soon gathered into determination. As the swing dog, he ran and ran faster than ever before. Spike jumped over clumps of snow and got even faster like the inner true wolf he is. He noticed his team began to slow but Spike went on. His energy seemed endless and he kept on running. Soon he reached his lower maximum speed and kept the same pace. Alice She grinned, "Wow thanks Alisha! I guess you still got the power in you, eh?" Alice walked out of the door and gasped, "Come on! If we run, we might make it to the finish line to see who wins!" Alice wagged her tail, signaling for Alisha to come. Alexis and Maria She sensed the race had begun. Alexis wanted to help and Maria handed her a mini Alaskan flag. She raised it before the finishing line, trying to balance. "Go Snow Sweepers!" Alexis cheered. "Go Arctic Breeze!" Maria cheered. Buster He glanced to see who was next to him(open) and smiled as Gabby said the word, "Let's do this!!!" Buster released all tension and leftover pain in a dog and wolf mixed howl. Before he knew it, Buster was running! More and more the speed went! To help with the pace, he thought of how to run. Buster closed his eyes and imagined the win carry him. He moved his legs. In, Out, In Out, In Out, In Out!!! Buster went absentminded and with his slightly injured paw, he tripped on ice. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Finn Seeing Buster trip, he turned his head and pulled him back up before others would trip over him. He would then start speeding up again, making sure they would stay in front of Snow Sweepers. "Don't you go fallin' on us, Buster." He barked before putting his attention to the wolf. "How are you doin' back there, Lakura?" He asked. Whittaker Whittaker continued pushing forward, looking at the land as it flashed by. "We got this, Arctic Breeze! We're gonna win!" Sorry I havn't posted yet x.x) Bindi: She yawned, waking up in an uncomfortable position in the dumpster, but warm against her brother. She got up, squeezing herself through the small hole, and instantly freezing up once a hard billow of cold, early morning wind buffeted her fur. She shivered and began to trot along their usual path, searching for a hare. Once she spotted one. Her steps and movements became insanely stealthy and slow as she creeped up to it. It was amazing how well she blended in with the snow when she rolled around in it, and got unusually close. She wiggled her rear and pounced up, chasing after the rabbit with slow agility. She growled with frustration, trying to catch up with it. She gave up with a sharp yelp as she trotted over sharp glass. She whimpered, limping back as fast as she could to where her brother waited outside. She hung her head with disappointment. Fall: He woke up shortly as Bindi left the dumpster. She shook his head. /The last time she tried to be the early bird and hunt, she sprained her ankle./ He thought, climbing out and waiting for her. He had to hold back a burst of laughter as she appeared, her paw bleeding lightly. He shook his tail. "Aye, just let me do the hunting, alright?" He shook his head. "You tend to it, I'll be back." He said, sprinting away where she had come, following her tracks. Later,he found the rabbit, chased and killed it, returning to his sister. "Aye, you eat first." He said, helping her with her paw as she took her share, then filled the rest of it into his stomach. Dutch: Waking up in his soft, favorite bed, he bolted upright,sleep already drowned into the back of his mind. The sun was just beginning to rise as he ran into Alic's room, the smallish dog leaping onto him and jumping. "Wake up! Wake up!" He shouted, but, of course, his words came out as foolish barks. "You're gonna be late, kid!" He barked again, satisfied as Alic woke. Alic bursted upright. "Thank the lord I have you, Dutch! Oh god, professor Morrison is gonna /kill/me." He said, slipping on some clothes and grabbing his already ready bag. It seemed as if not even 15 minutes later, he was dropping Dutch off at the station. "You be good,boy. I'll be back to pick ya up at 5:00 p.m. sharp." He said, driving away. Dutch let out a grumbling growl and greeted the other Search and Rescue dogs, getting ready to work.He didn't realize that not even 20 minutes ago, he was in a deep, sleep,peaceful in his bed. Norman: The large dog slowly got to his legs, seeing Luke was already awake. He greeted him with a loud bark, sniffing the bacon he was cooking. "Hey, boy. I hear theres a race going on, and I got the whole morning, till 12:00, free. How bout we go there, boy?" He said in sort of a baby talkish,mocking voice as he handed Norman a piece of bread and bacon. He gulped it down, his tail wagging as he smelled his food bowl filled up, racing towards it and feasting like a pic Once they were at the race, Norman leaped out of the car as Luke opened the door. He barked, running to be able to see where the dogs were. He howled, ears flapping in his face as he looked over to Luke,tail wagging, his slobber poured from his jowls, tongue hanging low from in between is ivories. He sat down, continuing to watch the race as his glossy figure glimmered in the sunlight. 0 players like this post! Like? |
