He hurried after his friend, standing in front of the hotel and the glass. His tail was up and alert, his body was fluffed up and ready to go. Phantom's breed was used as prison guard dogs in Russia, something they excelled at. Standing next to Daemon made them both seem absolutely huge and dangerous, a sure sight that would send any normal dog in their right mind running. He shook himself and took a few deep breaths, then closed his eyes and reveled in the tension:
"I miss this"

Nyphadora | Female | Doberman | 3 Years Old |

She jumped out of the window and into a curtain that was hanging from a couple poles, then bounced off and landed behind the two massive brutes. She smiled somewhat darkly as she walked from one edge of the hotel to the other, scouting for any intruders.

Paradox | Male | Lowchen | 3 years old |

He hurried up the stairs and arrived at the window when Nyphadora jumped out of it, he laughed quite hard, she loved to do that whenever they had to do a mission on a multiple floor building. He shook his head still chuckling and watched from his vantage point which gave him a clear aerial view point.

Zara | Female | Doberman | 10 Months Old |

"Aww!" she complained as he carried her up stairs and put her in the closet, but she stayed where she was. Then opened the closet door and walked to Drill:
"isn't this exciting??"

Daemon|Male|Georgian Shepherd|3 1/2

"As do I brother." The wind drifting towards them brought on a familiar scent, bringing a growl from the shepherds throat. A deep, territorial, growl. "He's close." He muttered lowly, head dropping low as the scent of multiple canines covered Calamitys scent. Around 6 or so was around the hotel, their scents mingled causing Daemon's estimate to be wrong. These dogs wouldnt last long, and if they didnt manage to get inside they'd be near death and Paradox would rip them to shreds. "Show yourselves." His deep voice boomed as he stood there, raising his head to bring it just below Phantoms due to differing heights.

"They dont have to be like us exactly, maybe a few like Timber. Not many dogs reside without a pack in this world." She muttered, staring out of the window with a soft gaze. A snort exiting her muzzle as a cat darted across the empty road.

Drill | Male | Beauceron

"Hey!" Drill complained when Daemon slid under him, effectively lifting him completely off the floor before charging up the steps. He didn't struggle, mostly because he didn't want to fall off the great furry beast and injure himself further, grateful when the larger male set him back down on his paws. "I don't know about that. They've shoved us away from all the action," Drill pouted in answer to Zara's question, hating being told to stay behind like some helpless pup.

Calamity | Male | Beauceron

"We would, if you'd open the door," the Mastiff called dryly once Daemon demanded they show themselves. The group of five pushed at the door more forcefully, trying to break it down and Calamity rolled his eyes a little. Had they no sense to try the already broken windows or were they too afraid of getting glass stuck in their pelts? "Give us the yearlings and there will be no need for bloodshed!" The lab mix barked, giving the door a particularly rough shove until the wood began to crack under his paws.

Timber | Female | GSD/Husky Mix

"You won't know who's still out there until you go looking for them," Timber pointed out, moving to push the dog food bags into a more orderly pile. "I'm sure there are still plenty of lone dogs out there looking for a pack."

Misha | 1 yr. 8 m. | Mudi Dog
The grey and black dog watched as Whisper, helped by the two other females, got the box up on top of the cabinets. Getting it down would be the tricky part, but she was sure they could do it. Maybe if one of them held it steady at the top, and another acted as a sort of 'ramp' for the box, they could hold it steady and get it into the alley. Setting her bag to the very side, she lifted up onto her back paws to stand against the cabinets, peering over at the other dogs, and up at Whisper. "We're going to need a dog up here, and another one on this side, with me. I've got an idea to get this thing down carefully..." Hopefully.


{Piper said she'd be gone for a week, so I'm just going to continue on as if Saorise is there and helping, like she was.}

Cayenne

Cayenne watched in amusement as the less muscular dogs tried to get their own box up. She waited for them to finish, partially because she wanted to be nice, but moreso because she had no idea where they were going. She thought about an easier way to pick up the box. If there was a rope of some kind, she could work it through the holes and make a handle for it, she could easily lift it up then. She scanned the ally, but didn't see anything, she would keep her eye out though.

((Whisper is already half lifting the box over the cabinets that Cayenne and Sao were pushing so I actually think that's the one Misha is probably talking about? Aspen had a bucket and Misha has a bag so it's the only box as far as I remember. Just let me know if I'm mis-reading a post or something, but figured I'd ask before trying to reply. Also, Whisper is pretty big herself lol.))

((Ah, Topaz is correct. Sorry, I didn't catch Nea's response at first. Yup, only one box. And Whisper's probably around the same size as Cayenne & Saorise, at least height wise. She's probably between them in weight. Aspen's the thinnest dog, but Misha's probably about his height. They're the only "small" dogs, except for her puppy brother.))

His teeth snapped at the nearest dog, which did happen to be the lab mix. "You want my family? You have to get through us." With that he lunged for the dog, grabbing him by the side of the neck and jumping over the male. Effectively flipping the lab through the air and onto his side with Daemon's death grip still lodged in the side of his neck. Shredding the skin as he ripped away with surprising speed, his head slammed into the dogs shoulder and shredded it as well. Blood dripping down his muzzle as he growled and hovered over the male.
