Halfblooded~ Some human's were just born this way, others were forced, some were accepted. These human's aren't completely human. They are part animal. The animal they turn into is their INNER ANIMAL. Some human's are part bird, part bear, part wolf, part horse. These 'humans' are shape-shifters. Not everyone started like that, though. Some people are trialed to be one, some people steal a serum that makes them halfblooded. Some people are forced to take the serum. But they all have one thing in common. They were all sick. It all started when mad scientist Dr. Corvelis mixed up blood and a toxin. He gave the toxin to a patient with cancer and the next morning, she was fine. They thought it was a break through, so they gave it to as many people that could afford this pricey drug. What they didn't know, was that the toxin changes the person into an animal. They start to blend with a certain animals' thoughts, they get their senses. Sometimes, they turn into the animal and never return. Over years, a school has been formed to tame these beasts inside of people. The school is called "The Academy" by the students. The original name has been lost in time. Halfblooded people from all over the world come here to unlock their beast side and tame it. After you school here, you should be able to become your inner animal whenever you choose to. You get the animal's senses, looks, and thoughts. You can be a student, a teacher, someone going through the process, or a thief. If your parents were Half&Human, you most likely didn't find your ability until late teens(15+) If parents were Half&Half, you probably first turned when you were between 5-10. If you took the serum, you turned a few days later. There are rules, but not too hard to follow. 1- Follow Lioden Rules 2-On the top of every post put Name-Gender-Animal, except with your names. (Ex- Miley-32-Cat) 3- 3+ sentences please. 4- If rules are not followed you get a strike 3 total strikes. 5-In other, type Following Footsteps so I know you read the rules. 6- If you do not respond in four days, you get a PM asking if you are still in. If you don't respond in a WEEK and have not INFORMED me of it, you get a strike. If you do not respond in TWO WEEKS you are kicked out. 7- You must tell me if you are dropping/won't be able to reply for a certain number of days. 8- 3 characters MAX 9- Try to keep cursing to a minimum. 10-Try to stay updated with this thread, I may add new rules, new people may join, and stuff of the sorts. Why would you be able to control the size of your animal? Isn't that a bit too powerful? It's like turning a wolf into an elephant or a mouse into a dog; it's a bit too powerful. And Mackenzie teaches advanced things such as phantom shifting, connecting more, and how to shift in stages. She can instruct more than just advanced students if need be, like how modern day teachers teach 3 levels of the same class. I even stated that in her bio. When a hafblood first turns, the animal they turn into is human sized. Their bodies can't handle the stress of changing the size. I guess they could have two sizes, human and the regular size. I may switch the teachers' positions.... I have to go over it again. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I feel like each teacher should specialize in one thing they're the best at, but they can kind of teach things on the side. Also, I think they should be able to have two sizes, not be able to be any size, I agree that that kind of makes it OP. D: Caiden is flexible with whatever he teaches. For TEACHERS~ Could you post what your character should teach so I can get an Idea? Use the listings for the students too of what level you believe you should teach. For STUDENTS~ Coukd you post what level you are? (Beginner, still learning to control your ability. Average, just need help with emotions and few slip ups. Pro, learning to change size between human and actual size. Expert, learning when to use these powers, testing your abilities mentally and physically.) Teacher~Kaileh. Should teach average students learn to keep a peace of mind. Students should also be sent to her if they slip up in their emotions. Student~Conner. Should learn with pro students. Teacher - Sid. Should teach beginners. He's laid back, and that's how he teaches the students to start to control by being relaxed, not stressed. Student - Alec. Beginner. When did you first Turn?: 18 What inner animal are you?: South China Tiger Level: New student but he's got a good grip on shifting and controlling it; he still needs to learn how to control himself while in the animal form though. Personality: Max is a very kinda and friendly person. He is open to all sorts of people and always looks out for people; he's protective of those he cares about. He feels comfortable in all situations. He's incredibly smart and very adaptive. Max loves to joke around but underneath all of the jokes and friendliness, he does have a sensitive side that craves affection and he sometimes just wants to be left alone. Teacher: Caiden should teach pros because he excelled in changing his size. He learned that when he got angry, he became a full size lion and that his emotions effected how he shifted sizes. He no longer shifts when he gets angry. Caiden should teach students who haven't fully come to terms with how they feel or if they have anger issues, since he dealt with that himself. He would be good at teaching people how to control themselves while shifted. Student: Titan is a beginner because he only just shifted recently and he's brand new to the school. Student: Harley is an expert because she's been changing since she was 11. She secretly left her parents and shifted on her own all the time because she has always been fascinated with skunks. Harley has also been at the academy for a few years. Her main problem is that she has strange urges that she can't get over while she is in her shifted form. 0 players like this post! Teacher - Mackenzie teaches advanced things such as phantom shifting, connecting, how to shift in stages, and other advanced methods. Phantom shifting - Using animal instincts without showing animalistic features "Connecting" - Being able to interact with the species of your animal without speech Shifting in stages- Performing shifts while limiting the physical effect (revealing ears or tail alone, or morphing certain parts of your body) Other Methods: - Advanced methods of shifting (Astral, Mental, Were, etc) [Any student that has mastered their shifting from human to animal form can apply for her classes; however, like other advanced classes, she can deem someone unfit or too violent if she wishes to have them dropped] [P.S. You don't come to her being able to master these, she teaches you how; it's extremely rare for one out of the school to master these alone] Student- Adam: He's only shifted a few times, all were because of emotional problems and he has little control. 0 players like this post!
