Hearing the sound of an angry male yelling at Remedy, the large brute bared his fangs slightly, narrowing his eyes at the lion called 'Nova'. If that brute laid a paw on his friend, he'd regret it. Ignoring his angry thoughts, Loki directed his attention to his small companion and the rest of the new felines joining them, making him a bit uncomfortable. He wasn't the most social or "open-booked" cat in the world, or the group. As the small ocelot crawled under his body, he sat down, his legs shielding the tiny female. Being a rather reserved feline, Loki wasn't all too familiar with the cats in the group and was taking the free morning to get to "know" them better, mostly judging them on how they treated him, and Remedy. So far, he disliked both Shere Khan, the leader tiger, and Nova, the angry lion. Safi, a female leopard, wasn't that bad. She was actually quite nice, to Remedy at least. Queen was fine too. After all, she offered Remedy mice, which was pretty friendly. Loki had watched as the scowling Vidar walked up to him and Remedy, probably upset with Remedy's bouncing. But the male had apparently pushed his anger away for the time being and that was good enough for Loki.

The black male nodded, "I know. But remember? We have to make sure Shere Khan says we can..." he said, a hint of obvious annoyance in his deep, masculine voice. "Whenever that'll be..." he muttered under his breath, too quite for any cat to hear, with the exception of Remedy, who was currently cuddling with his belly fur. The silly female. Noticing Tigress rather close to him, his intimidating yellow eyes trailed down to the small female and noticed her battning at Remedy's tail, who was under him. How'd she even reach the ocelot's tail...? He decided he'd ignore that for a moment. Soon realizing how long it was actually taking the tiger to announce their departure, Loki narrowed his eyes before looking over at Shere Khan, who wasn't that far from them. "Shere Khan! What are your... plans.?" he called over, clearing his throat before he said 'plans', a hint of annoyance in the last word as well. Although he didn't really physically express emotions, with his muzzle at least, he still showed affection in his actions and it was clear he was protective of Remedy. His tail was curled up around his sitting body and his paws stood in front of her in a rather protective manner. Even if the female didn't want it, he'd protect her.
