Time of day: Weather: Sunny day, with some clouds Ranks Sukul|SunPride Guard|3 Year Old|Male Clouded Leopard||Open For Guarding Description of Territory SunPrids territory is a mountain. Climbing up a steep almost perpetual snow covered mountain, lays a big cave almost hidden from view behinde a gathering of large boulders. Once you come closer you notice a clearing before entering the cave, where cubs are trained to become full fledged members of the Pride. Description of Camp  Source: This is my own. For bigger picture go Here ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Events Prophecy: A great shadow will soon spread over the land, only one thing will be able to stop it. Bright Stars, born in the dark and cold, will defeat the darkness. Previous Snowstorm Prophecy: Only if the two stars are brought together, will the Sun and Moon be saved from eternal darkness. While one will lead with claw and fang, the other will lead with kindness and wisdom. Only when they are united, all will be saved. "Turtle ... You scared me ..." He breathed, sheathing his claws, before aiming a playful smack at Turtle's muzzle. Within moments, the two were rolling around in the grass, pawing at each other and mewing happily. "You are an amazing friend, Turtle..." Nik said in a purr, his eyes twinkling as he looked at his friend, with love and adoration in his eyes. Nik loved to be affectionate with his friends, and he equally enjoyed when he was able to play with cubs that were his age. Cloud trotted over to her brothers, her long coat swishing as she moved. "Why cant you stop playing around and be serious for once in a while?" Cloud snapped "If you havent noticed, my best freind has died and you all just carry on like its nothing!!" Marik|SunPride - Guard Apprentice|1 Year|Male Bobcat|Location - Mane Cave| Marik had been up before dawn, his yellow eyes piercing through the morning mist as he hunted for his breakfast - a rabbit. Now, as the sun rises above the foliage and distant hills, he lounges in the mane cave, cleaning off the last of his coat with his sandpaper tounge. Suddenly, he hops onto all fours - he is surprisingly graceful - shaking out his fur of any debree he might have collected from laying in the floor. Cave dust cascades from his pelt and onto the earth floor. With a quick itch of his ear he trots over to where he last saw SunStar go, hoping to speak with him. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Raising his head again he sat, his back straight and ears pointed. He wasn't especially alert, and he didn't feel sore, he could sit like that for hours. He trained himself how when he first joined this Pride, knowing that, in the future, he wanted to become a guard. "I was wondering if I am one of the lions on the list to accompany Mocha to the meeting spot. I know I'm not nessacerily qualified, being an apprentice and all - and a new one at that," He paused, his piercing eyes flickering as he hesitated."I just feel sort of responsible for the cub... so I wanted to know."He said finally, that being only one of the many reasons he wanted to go - but he figured it was the most prevalent for SunStar to know. 0 players like this post! I couldn’t imagine my life without you guys !!’ He said, as he nuzzled up to the two cubs. Suddenly, a movement caught his eye. He flicked his ears, and motioned for Aldrid and Turtle to hide in the bushes. “Wait here. I will go check it out..” He whispered as he stalked forward, his long limbs crouched close to the ground. “Grrr ... Come out now, and you will be spared !!” Nik warned, as the grasses swayed. Mocha came out of the clump in front of Niklaus, all smiles. “Mocha !!” Nik instantly relaxed. He was overjoyed to see his friend. “I thought I lost you ...” He said, embracing her. Mocha snuggled him back. “ I-I love you Nik ...” She murmured, shrinking back, afraid he would grimace at her words. He says jokingly, winking at the jest. Of course, he was slightly self conscious, he figured he could still prove helpful. He had to be. "I won't take up anymore of your time." He says, bowing at the much larger cat before trotting off to the healer's den. Of course, most cats were larger than him. This didn't really bother him, in fact, it gave him pleasure when people needed his small, skinny form to fit into a wedge or climb up an unstable hill. Spotting Sukul, he trotted gracefully up to the muscled clouded leopard. "Greetings Sukul, I have been informed by Sunstar that you are to come with a few other cats and myself to visit MoonPride to arrange a vital meeting," he flicked his tail, "Head over to my den, there are some herb packages on the ground, eat only one." Sukul nodded dutifully, before bounding off into the healers den. One down, two to go, he thought with a sigh, raising his head to try and spot Winema and Marik. The leopon spied the apprentice conversing with Sunstar, and so he padded over, respectfully dipping his head to Sunstar. "Sorry to interrupt, but Marik, do you have any idea where your mentor is? I want you both in the healers den as soon as possible." the healer uttered seriously, wanting the patrol to be on their way quickly. He asks, shifting his weight from one paw to the other, ready if he needed to search far for his mentor. Although he wasn't anything special in the world of hunting, he thoroughly enjoyed walking - or running - for long periods of time withought rest. He had built up that kind of resistance when he had left his former home. Umbra|SunPride - Guard|1.5|Male - Melanistic Jaguar|Location - Outside of Camp|Mention(s)- OPEN As Umbra bathed in the hot springs to soften his fur, he couldn't help but eavesdrop on conversations that didn't involve himself regarding 'mentors'. He huffed violently though his nostrils in anguish as he pulled some matted fur from his paws, and as he thought of Lekahn - his last apprentice. Lek would've loved this spring... I was going to bring him here as a surprise once the mountains defrosted a bit... he felt his eyes fog up and he began to shake his head slowly, and then more violently. Suddenly, Umbra jumped into the boiling spring "No! No more thinking about the past Umbra! It isn't going to get you anywhere!" he shouted to himself manically as he thrashed in the scolding water. "You have to get your act together pal, we have a whole pride to look after - not just yourself now! - you've been gone for too long anyway and far too distant from your friends!" he dunked his head under in order to wash away his tears, then paddled quickly to the waters edge. Completely drenched, Umbra hauled himself from the water and shook his whole body until it was dry. Then, he picked up his bindings, dipped them in the water gently, and laid them on a nearby rock to dry. Umbra smiled to himself as the warm air drifted through his fur and as took up his guard post, he began to whisper "Yeah Lek, you'd have loved this..." 0 players like this post! Like? |

{NPC}Yuri|SunPride Apprentice|Female Snow Leopard|7 Moons Old|{NPC}Sukul|SunPride Guard|3 Year Old|Male Clouded Leopard|Location- Healer Den|Mention(s)- Kazuma, Amorglow Yuri walked towards the fresh-kill pile, before going to the healer's den. She wanted to get something to eat for Kazuma and Amorglow. Rummaging around in the well stocked pile, she pushed some mice aside. Finding two nice squirrels, Yuri picked them up by their tail. Walking to the healer's den, the guard passed the fresh-kill pile. Seeing Yuri grab something to eat for the healer apprentices, Sukul waved his tail, for the young she-cat to follow him. After his apprentice reached his side, Sukul looked over to her, "I want you to make sure that you protect Kazuma and Amor, you understand?", the large cat toled his apprentice. Feeling her mentor turn towards her, Yuri looked up to look into the large males face. His words sinking in, the young snow leopard nodded her head. Looking ahead again, the apprentice smiled. She had a job to do, they were actually counting on her. Reaching the Healer Den, the mentor and apprentice swiftly walked inside. Inside, the large tom went to a wall and sat down. He waited for an opportune moment, to talk with the two healer apprentices. {NPC}Isis|SunPride Den Mother|Female Caracal|10 Years Old|Location- Camp|Mention(s)- Nik, Mocha, Cubs Isis looked up between bitts. The experienced Den Mother had taken the opportunity, while the cubs were playing around, to get something to eat. The pale she-cat had decided to take one of the several rabbits on the pile, after some time, she was almost done. Hearing the cubs playing around brought a smile to the caracals face, she had seen many cubs being born and grow up in her time. She, herself, actually had several litters of cubs as well. Isis let out a sigh, she was remembering her family. Isis gave birth to a total of seven cubs; three in the first and second litter, but only one survived birth in her last litter. The pale caracal loved all her cubs and her mate so much, before she had joined SunPride, her mate died though. He was much older then Isis was, so it was to be expected, but still it was heard. The she-cat was snapped out of her daze, when she noticed a small black pelted cat rushing down the cave passageway. 'It must be one of the cubs,' the Den Mother thought. Getting to her paws, Isis walked after Nik. Her eyes narrowed, as she watched Nik embrace the MoonPride cub. "Nik!", Isis called in a stern voice. Briskly walking to the two cubs, she looked down at the young male. "Did you not hear Moed? The healer said not to get to close to her. She might be ill and especially you should know not be stupid, your health is already weaker than most cubs", the Den Mother scolded. Looking up, she peered into the MoonPride cubs eyes. Letting out a sigh, Isis became a bit calmer. "I know you want to be friend and that is sweet, but please be careful. Do you understand Nik?", Isis said, as she asked her question, the Den Mother looked at Nik. Rubbing her head against the black pelted cub, she gave a slight purr. "You two can be friends, but please don't get too close to each other", Isis told the two cubs, looking between them both. This was the first time that Isis was this close to the MoonPride cub, she had wanted to go and see her before, but other things always got in the way. Stepping closer to Mocha, she sat down, "Hello little one, sorry if I sound a bit harsh, I just don't want any of the cubs I look after to get hurt", Isis explained. Giving her a smile, she continued, "What is your name? I am Isis, I'm one of the two Den Mother's for SunPride." 0 players like this post! He walked back into the nests for a moment to gather himself, he took in the familiar smell of his nest and relaxed a little. The smell of herbs and nesting materials was comforting. So he pulled his senses together and walked back out into the healers den, puffing his mane out and trying to look professional. "Hello, can I help you?"
