Shadow tilted his head. "I'm sorry to hear that." He said. He personally didn't know what love was like, but he knew it was something wonderful from what he had been told. "But you're having kits?" He asked. "Do you have anywhere to stay safe?" He asked, knowing she would be a bit vulnerable at times.

The she-cat lifted her chin up in pride at the cat's congratulations. "Thank you," meowed Cloud happily as she let her body finally relax. With a flick of her tail to the north of them, she answered Shadow's question. "Well, I'm currently nesting in between some rocks not too far from here." She paused for a moment, her stomach tightening with hunger. "I was hunting by my nest when I smelt a small group of cats that had been there a day ago. I figured I should try and look for a safer place while I hunt"

"I live in this old barn if you want to come live there." He said. "There is plenty of room there if you don't mind sharing and if you need me to, I can hunt for you as well." He didn't mind helping her out if he could. "And Moon, you can come visit as well if you would like unless you plan to go see about those cats that live in the woods?" He asked.

Princess nodded her head before looking out into the forest. She had a whole bunch of choices waiting for her. Kittypet life or Forest life? She thought to herself. "Well, there's no turning back". She nodded. "Guess I'm a um I forgot what there called, it started with an R". "Wait-no, L". "Or is it R"? "Something that has to do with R or L". She chuckled, a little embarrassed. "I guess I could come visit". She looked down for a moment and mumbled. "I'm scared of those forest cats". She mumbled, her head down as she still mumbled and whispered. "My friend said they'll rip you're throat out in a blink of an eye and are huge". Princess still looked down until she heard a rustle on her bad side making her jump. She looked where it came from, her fur bristling. It was just a lizard and she pounced on it, it escaped in between her paws. "Dang it". She wasn't even going to try to chase it. "Sorry about my uh-". "Freak out". She faked laughed. She was getting a bit hungry as she sniffed the air. She could smell some rabbits up wind. Her stomach let out a small growl but she ignored it. She didn't know this forest that well and due to her half missing face she couldn't go far without someone by her side in case something came out like another cat or something and she couldn't see it coming if it came from her bad side. She still had half of an ear on her bad side but it was damaged and could barely hear out of it and was going deaf in that ear.

The white she-cat gave the tom a warm smile as she considered his offer. Living in a barn would mean more food and more protection for her kits. Her decision was final. "Yes, I think that would be lovely," She paused for a moment to dip her head at Shadow. "I appreciate it...But I know how to hunt for myself just fine!" She gave him a playful purr before turning her attention to Princess. "I don't think those wild cats are that bad. And I think the word you're looking for is loner maybe?" Cloud let out a chuckle of amusement as the other she-cat. The growl of the disfigured cat's stomach made her own twist with hunger. "If you're hungry I could try to catch you something?"

"Ah really, well I haven't seen one in person, maybe my friend was exaggerating". Princess purred. "Loner". "Yep that's the word". "Hopefully I'll remember that". Princess scratched her ear before she pounced on a leaf to entertain herself. She then sat up realizing she was acting like a kit. "Please, that would be nice of you". "I would try to hunt but I'm still learning, even a fat mouse can slip through my paws".

Cloud let out a mrow of laughter at Princess's playfulness. "I wish I had your energy! These days I'm not so energetic anymore," Her tone was mostly cheerful except for a hint of sadness that was laced in there. "Come on. We won't go far." The white cat padded next to her new friend. She was always happy to help out any cat in need. "For our sake let's hope they were...But don't worry I won't let anything happen to you." The she-cat gave princesses shoulder a reassuring lick before leading her away from Shadow.

Princess purred before getting up. She walked next to Cloud, her tail swaying. "I hope so, I don't know how to fight or hunt". Princess smelled the air. She scented a group of rabbits and a bit of dog. "I can smell rabbits up near those trees over there". Princess flicked an ear towards the direction. "But I can also smell a hut of dog, I can't tail if it's fresh or not". Princess sniffed the air once more and checked her surroundings. She was getting used to how the dirt stuck in between her paws and how the leaves crunched and the birds singing with forest life everywhere.

The large, Menacing rogue scanned the area, Soon followed by 2 Kits And one adolescent. Her messy, Grimey fur was wild and unkempt. Blood-stains covered her fur. She was wearing a red collar with... Cat claws... Dove, The youngest kit, Was trembling, Clearly scared of her own mother. This cat was clearly not a loner, But a rogue. She sniffed the air. "Someone was here..." She padded across the grass and soon enough, Spotted 3 cats. She could tell one was a kittypet, Due to the scent and clean, Well-Kempt fur. She snapped at her youngest. "Stop trembling you brat! Now, Go and.. "Harm" those scoundrels. Teach them the ways of scar. But oh no! You are blind! You are WEAK!"

Princess smelled the air. A scent of of other cats hit her scent glands. She perked her ears and tried to hear what direction they where but couldn't. She looked to her left but didn't see anything and of course on her bad side she saw nothing since she was missing her own eye. "I smell cats along with a dog, I think the dog scent is stale but the cats seem new and fresh". Princess meowed to Cloud. She looked back at Shadow and wondered if he smelled it also or if she was just going crazy. Maybe she thought, "They might be forest cats"? Princess gulped. She still sort of believed her friend but then again, her friend is always trying to scare her.
