If anyone would like to carry out some scrying, my main king is a 9 vitiligo with tan skin (Pigment) - and my side king is a Feline 1 Noctis with Noctis Undersides, x2 Vitiligo markings and Matte Skin (Artur) - for the sake of potential rosettes, I might just change the skin color if I can verify there are no rosettes out of matte skin.

I'm not an artist, but I would like to know what shades would go together to make noctis. Like I've had ebony heavy with black skin/red/and dark brown. Those colors would blend close to ebony wouldn't they? And tan and fallow would be close to doubloon.
Not sure if it means anything, but when I started getting different colored rosettes by changing skins I thought I'd start looking at that. I have never had an onyx or ebony from a skin that's natural to a more pink or red base or vice versa.

My skin test was only EHR rosette. I dont think regular ones follow same rules but who knows. Just a theory I'm looking for more data on.

The first 2 have some feline ebony in one of the parents, but the 3rd doesn't.
No markings at all in 2nd ones NCL mom.

If anyone wants to help out, I'm wanting to find any kind of rosettes that were born from parents with very few/no marks, with contrasting opacities. I.e, one lion has full 100% markings and the other parent has less than 80% opacity markings. The fewer the markings on the parents, the better.

I want to try and determine what is creating the pass by looking at the opacities produced. I.e, in this cub above it would appear to me as if the marking has rolled fom the king into an empty slot on the mother, hence the rosette marking passing at 55% - if it had rolled from two markings in the 90-100% range, then the produced opacity of the rosette would have been within the 80-100% range, if that makes sense. I believe we could very much narrow down the marking criteria, at the very least, by using this method to determine where the pass is coming from.

Are you trying to find random rosettes that have not already been posted, with parents that fit the criteria, through the search function?
So pick a color rosette, and then go through all pages of cubs the cubs with it, eliminate those with parents with the mark, etc?

Yeah, or wherever anyone might come across them through general browsing. Just anything that fits that kind of bracket being posted here would be an amazing help, because I plan on doing some mass scrying between the same pairings to try and pin-point what exactly is triggering the results, and recording all of that information into a spreadsheet :D

That way, hopefully if we can pin-point the marking factor/s, we can begin to narrow it down to whether skin colour or anything else is contributing to results, or if it works solely by markings alone, etc .
