We haven't done a skip yet. Shadewing should still be out with Willowpaw and Wolfstorm is with Storm. Razz replied recently so go give it a read and I'm sure you'll have something to reply to lol.

Pitching an idea!
Since this plots a bit, all over at the moment I wanted to see what you guys think:

I was thinking of clearing up, and then starting this plot a few events forward. What this owuld mean is the characters and all the events currently leading up to where we are now will stay the same. However I'd just bump several events up in time, starting out with the same plot, but slightly further up so that I can sort of group some active cats in the a. plot, and then the rest in the b. plot.
Basically, we'd mostly be jumping the, the leaders meet Storm encounter, and start up with the resolution of that. (essentially starting the new moment at the morning of a group of cats going to the two-leg place, and the clans working to deal with the human/dog problem.)

I think resetting cats, and letting people start fresh may help everyone get back into place, and also group both active players and smaller characters in places where it may be easier to reply to your respective plots.

I hate to jump around a bunch, but it does beat the thread dying, and does help sort of get dead/slower moments out of the way so more people can participate. So toss me your opinions on that XD (Its also because, I'm super excited for the second plot of this, its way more formed for multiple people.)

I'm all for it. At the current point, it's difficult for anyone who recently signed up to really join in and since things have been lagging anyway as you said I think a time-skip is probably what we need. I know Husk has been wanting to jump back in here but was really unsure where to place their character so overall I think this is a good idea as it will help include more people.
