Hm seems interesting! I'm Paradox and I'm 100% Hufflepuff. As for pets I have a rabbit, two dogs, nineteen goats and a llama to protect said goats.

Yeah they are. Except mine hates me after we(My dad and I) had to give him some shots a few years ago because he had gotten ill. He never forgot.

That's cool! A nice arrange of pets there. We had some chickens ourselves up until last year. We, unfortunately, lost the three of them after getting ripped off on our chicken coop. It began breaking after a few months and they all died.

Oh, I love chickens. My brother has some.

Er, what breeds... my dog is a Bardino, my cavies are Abyssinians mostly and some Cresteds. The cats are... well, just cats. They came to us without asking us, if we wanted cats. And now they own the place. 😎

Two Great Pyrenees one male, who's fixed, and one female who we'll be fixing after she reaches sexual maturity in about couples of months or so. The male, Yeti, is one of the sweetest dogs. He's very gentle with my youngest sister and all around a good boy. The female, Penny, is a pain in the tail though. I love her and she's fun to play with, but she can be a brat from time to time.

Nice to know Llamas are like donkeys. It's the same with my semi-feral burro (donkey). Long story short, earlier this year I had to get my donkey home before we got charged board. So we found a trailer and quick and cheap as possible. The only trailer we could find was a crappy, small, two horse trailer. Mind you he had only 3? days of training on him before I had to load him up. I ended up, with friends, running him into the trailer and tying him as quick as possible. It's taken him months to really trust me again. We good now though, I spoiled him rotten with sugar-free treats.

Yeah, it's a farm here. I have so many farm stories it's ridiculous.

OMG SAME WITH THE CAT THING. (farm story) We adopted three feral cats from a rescue. We asked for two, but got suckered into three. All outdoor feral cats because we had mice problems in the feed room. All of a sudden our three went to four. A black and white cat came out of nowhere and adopted us. Been here for going on a year.

Yup, though it does depend on the llama. We have about 14 acres of land and we only use about three/four acres of it. The other ten or so is completed forested and we use to let our goats back there. Well while he's good at protecting them in the pasture, we lost two goats to whatever predators that lurk out there. Needless to say they aren't let in the back anymore.

Oh no! Well at least spoiling him did the trick in the end haha. It typically works with animals. Ray though still doesn't trust me in the slightest nor my dad. Doesn't matter if we try to spoil him rotten or what he hates us. And of course shaving him when spring comes doesn't help either.

We had the opposite problem with cats. A couple of years ago(2014ish I want to say) we got four barn cats. Everything was good for the first few months. We cared for them, made sure they had shelter and whatnot but they moved three properties down from us. We only found out because my sister(Different one) had a friend living there and she was either told or saw the cats.

-because I didn't want to spam chat, and saw your reply after I hit send-

I also own Great Pyrenees... but they're mixes. Their dad was a AKC Great Pyr, and their mother was a Golden Retriever. Beautiful dogs. BUT they're too smart. They keep escaping their pen. πŸ˜‚

OOF, hopefully in his older age he will settle. If not you're screwed. 😬. Shaving must be so much fun...

Oof again. We "trained" our feral cats. They got left in large wire crates for a week in the shed, with water, food, litter boxes, and blankets in each crate. We left windows open and the door was cracked open. After the week was up we let them out into the shed for the day. Then the next morning we let them loose. They all left, but came back for food. Which was why we "trained" them, we are where they get food. After awhile, and giving them cat treats, they warmed up to us, one is pretty much my lap cat. I can't go anywhere without him following me. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. If you don't pet him, he will bite you.

Ah that's cool! Pyres are great and I have to say they make some of the pretties mixes. You're right about their intelligence though. It's how they get into or cause trouble. Both of ours, as far as we know, are more or less purebred. Okay so a bit of a story time. We don't know much about Yeti's background. He was found by some people in a "neighborhood" of big properties after he was eating people's chickens to survive. Apparently he was just left on the side of the rode with a collar still on. The people who found him couldn't keep him because he kept escaping from their property. He's only ran from us a few times since we got him due to us not being careful. He, thankfully, hasn't done it in months but is a bit of a wanderer due to what happened to him. He was also afraid of my dad for a while and wouldn't let anyone walk down the steps with him.
As for Penny she was a Christmas gift from last year. Our neighbors kept her overnight and it was quite the surprise to us when we were given her. My younger sister(About 2 years younger than I) and I would joke about getting a puppy for Christmas, so it was a shock to us when my mom brought her home.

Well he's roughly five years old now. Llamas can live until their 20's, so there's still time. And yeah shaving. It's great. In fact I always look forward to it...

Yeah we did that for two weeks, but that wasn't enough apparently. They preferred being pampered housecats it seemed than living in a dusty old barn.

Great Pyr's are wanderers by nature. It's in their DNA. They're used to stay and guard the sheep up in the Pyrenees mountains. So you need a large area for them to roam, even then it's not large enough. πŸ˜‚. They even do this thing called deaf ear, they hear you, but they ignore you. I'm sure you've already heard of all this though. It's nice to meet a fellow Great Pyr owner, we know each others pain.

Too true on all counts! Or if you have something like our Penny then she knows when we'll let the goats out in the front and she'll be placed in the back. When that happens to becomes a game of stay away from the owner. Not my favorite game to say the least.
