This RP is part of "The United Clans" universe. Welcome to the border between Terraclan and Aetherclan. Before you start, make sure you've signed up and read the rules! Aetherclan only has strange scents to go on, as Terraclan's cats often stay hidden and try to avoid being seen. For now, they observe their neighbour, waiting for the right time. The right time has come and Aetherclan now knows Terraclan exist, however they still do not have much information to go on, other than that their new neighbour seems rather aggressive. He leapt up over the moss covered rocks and dead tree stumps before finally spotting the bright clear waters swirling over the stream stones. "Alright this way!" He said with a new edge of confidence now that he atleast knew where he was. He lead the way through the trees a spring in his steap as he eagerly awaited returning to his warm nest. "You guys are lucky you found me.. " He said happily "Otherwise you'd have ended up in the middle of a fire!" He finished. Birchheart let out a soft purr in thanks, she was glad that she was able to avoid the fire. “I’m glad we found you to, or we would have had a hard time finding your camp.” Birchheart purred. She quickly followed the small apprentice’s pawsteps. She quickly weaves through the forest, periodically looking back at Tatterdjaw to see if she was following. Birchheart jumped through the bushes that led to Aetherclan camp. ‘well’ she thought to herself, ‘here we are’. Her eyes scanned the camp as she stood beside Birchheart, muscled shoulders tense. "Thank you for bringing us here. Might I ask if you know of any injuries or deaths that have happened during this fire?" She asked, a solemn expression on her face. Fernstar isn't much better, Sootstep has a cough. Others just have smoke inhalation issues like coughs or blurry sight.. No one got severely injured " He explained looking about the camp in relief. "I appreciate it... but im not the one you should say that too. Fernstar would appreciate it more than I would, after all Im not as harmed as many of the others." He dipped his head and gesturing to where Fernstar and Sootstep were talking. He then excused himself and padded to the temporary medicine den to give Cedarfur her honey and special herb dosage. His head whipped to the side and seething cobalt eyes fell onto a few strangers who had marched themselves into their camp and were walking towards Fernstar and him. Feathery pelt began to bristle as he twisted to the side to face them. A blink of confusion came over the tom as he noticed how nobody else seemed to care. His eyebrows furrowed slightly as he stared down one she-cat who had stopped short of them and spoken. Tatteredjaw? Hm. The ashen tom could atleast put a name to one of their faces. He glanced back at Fernstar before lips parted to almost begin speaking. A breath squeezed from his maw before he closed it again. Obviously, the two had an interest in the leader of the clan and not in some random warrior. He didn't understand why it was so outlandish for Sootstep to be uncomfortable even with random cats in the temporary camp they were residing in. "Hello, Birchheart. Tatteredjaw. My name's Sootstep, and as you already know, that's Fernstar." He mused in a quiet, droning voice. His brows furrowed more as the she-cat named Tatteredjaw called him a noble warrior. VVas that supposed to be a compliment, or sarcasm at how he wasn't happy to have intruders? The ashen tom shrugged it off and let his haunches meet the ground, svelte frame folding into a seated position. Soot wondered at the back of his mind if they had found the camp on their own or if someone had brought them here. For Starclan's sake, how is this not dangerous?
