The cousins are a bit less exciting than claiming wenet herself
So I agree to this making it an option to claim wenet again would be better :)
I'm sure many like.myself are annoyed that this even got removed it was great to try to claim the main character of the event made it more fun and you got something great out of it !
With the thing about too many of wenet around...we have more mutated lions in this game than we do the wenets so there shouldn't be an issue xD

I am not the biggest fan of the looks of Wenet (as pretty as she is) so this year I was kinda curious to see what her special cousins would be like, but I fully understand the idea of never having one (cause I was lucky enough to get one last year) and I have two friends, one whose Wenet is getting old and wants another, and another friend whose new to the game and wants one period, I think its really weird they changed it instead of giving and option, and hopefully they'll change it to make it an option soon <3

I personally think everyone should get the choice-- love wenet but got her last year? You can get her again! I dont see the big issue with so many wenets, it is after all 1 per person.

Makes sense, but as the admins say, there might be an overflow of Wenets. Nothing wrong with it of course, but it's annoying to see Wenet 24/7. Supported anyway!

Support from me. It'd be nice to have the option to claim Wenet if one wants. I personally have claimed Wenet everytime she was available on both of my accounts so she's a bit indifferent to me now and I don't mind not being able to claim her and going for one of her cousins instead.

I dont think it'd be complicated from the coding aspect to make the choice available and would make everyone happy.

As for the argument of having too many Wenets around I dont understand it :/ Not everyone will be able to get her since they might not have an Orchid or GB to auto-claim her, others might prefer her cousins and they will get too old to breed and they will die eventually. So why take away the option from the people that *really* want her?

Supported. I like the idea of being able to claim Wenet OR her cousin, if we want to.

I don't get the whole 'let's not be allowed to claim Wenet so she'll be worth something' reasoning that @EldritchVulpine was throwing around. How will she be worth something? She's not a mutie. She's an event-based lioness that /everyone/ had the chance to get in the past. It just seems like you're angry you didn't get one before and might not get one now, so you're just trying to make reasons as to why it's a good thing if we don't get to claim her? I'd think if you missed out on her previous years, then you'd be supporting this thread, so you can have a chance to get her this year, not the other way around. Also, if you currently don't have a Wenet, why does it matter to you if she's made more rare? Not like you can profit off her, right?

That's another reason I don't support us NOT being able to claim her: making her more 'rare' will make people who have her, try to profit off of her. I highly dislike that kind of thing. But that's just me.

Anyway, I'll always support being able to have a choice to claim Wenet /or/ one of her cousins.

Im sorry, but I do not support. Wenet is already fairly common, there has been an overload of them as stated in the news. I dont want her to lose her value just because alot of people want her markings or her appearance. Wenet loses her purpose to bring in a special new lady with pretty markings into your pride, I dont want to further that. I myself joined this year. If you want a Wenet, buy one from others, period.
