Not gonna lie I can understand why people do want Wenet but for some don't want her to be an option as the community gets well bigger and bigger eventually we could possibly have 30k Wenets running about in the future if not already but at the same time seeing how overly plain the cousins are I'm not amused generally I was hoping for it to be similar to march(or may can't remember which one has this event) where we could claim lions and they have a possibility of being a mutie or having a unique marking(Rosette, Feralis that type of thing) but nope we get overly plain one marked cousins at the very least give people the option to claim Wenet or have a gander at a few cousins that could be very good but you gained a support from me!

This suggestion has me torn. I support it 100% but i mean like. What if it was just a random chance? Like you get thrown into the claiming feature and you don't know if you are getting wenet or her 'cousin' because it would be a fun twist of 'Which am i getting?"
but i an very strongly agreeing with the choice options, so those who have always gotten wenet can choose not to get her and get her cousin, and don't have to be frustrated, if it was the random chance, because they got wenet instead of that lioness.
So what if you have the choice of
Wenet
"cousin"
Or Random? If you don't care if you get the cousin or wenet?

But i wholeheartedly agree! I have always been inactive during the april months because it is close to the end of the school year and teachers are like 'one month left? how about 10 tests and 15 homeworks" so i havent had time to get a wenet for myself! I was sooo looking forward to getting one this year! Only to find out.... no more claimable wenets.

I love the idea of having a choice here. I adore Wenet, and I was looking forward to claiming her at the end of the storyline. It's just so lovely that she falls for your king after working together against the rabbit plague. I understand why people might want a cousin instead, so that's why I think the option to have a choice is good. I definitely support this. Great idea!

I am not sure if this has been mentioned or not, so ignore this if it has. ^^'

What if you get to claim Wenet the first time you, as a player, finish the event. Every year after that, you will get a cousin. It does make sense, after all. If you claimed Wenet once, it is the same Wenet... you shouldn't be able to get her continuously. It also kind of throws off the story line, if you ask me. -- Not that anyone is asking hah.

I get that, but also what if I want a bunch of wenets? Whats the issue with that?
And the storyline-- you go through it over and over anyway.
Eventually Wenets die and so what if I want some over and over?

I'm not necessarily saying that there is a problem, but it seems the only reason that the cousins were even brought in is that the site was getting a little too Wenet-y. The suggestion was more of a compromise. Everyone gets a chance at Wenet and the site isn't overrun with an unstoppable clone army.

The cousins were.. a bit of a disappointment for me, though I enjoy the idea. Still rooting for being given the choice, though. :'D I don't understand why Wenet needs to be made "rare", anyway.
