| Scorpionstar | Female | 28 moons | Leader | SabuloClan | Gathering |Healthy | Scorpionstar jumped slightly at the sudden appearance of TorrensClan deputy, she offered him a reserved smile and shifted around to face him properly. The small molly looked up at him. "Some struggle with prey, although nothing new. And TorrensClan? I take it Greenleaf has treated you well?" TorrensClan had always seemed to fair well when it came to prey, they could hunt the fish as well as the abundant prey that used the water for survival. She recalled when one particularly harsh season that she and her cats had attempted to fish in the stream between their territory and the Gathering island... They had no luck whatsoever. Water had always been a fear of hers, she heard stories of cats being sucked down under the swift current, their bodies sometimes never being found. The molly shuddered at the thought. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 01/07/19 @ 15:57:12 by Angsty (#151236) |

| Twigpaw | Male | 8m | Medicine Cat Apprentice | Palusclan | Gathering Island |Healthy | Praise StarClan, the time for the Gathering had arrived! Admittedly, it was somewhat of a struggle for tiny Twigpaw to make it over the water at first. He wasn't the strongest swimmer, nor was he the strongest cat in PalusClan in general. However, as a medicine cat in training, being a brute wasn't exactly his priority. He was one of the last of his swamp-clan to finally make it over the body of water, gasping from the effort as his soggy paws slapped against the shore of the island. Without a moment of hesitation, he bolted away from Hagstar and Stalkerdeath to seek out other medicine cats and their apprentices. He was typically mute out of a lack of strong trust, meaning that conversation wouldn't happen, but he still loved basking in the presence of others. He settled down at their typical meeting space, getting comfortable and trying his hardest to keep his whiskers from quivering in excitement. Twigpaw observed the leaders as they gathered together, accepting that he didn't have nearly enough confidence to sit up there, nor did he have enough confidence to even speak to the leaders. For now, he would enjoy his silence, patiently awaiting the arrival of the medicine cats. He couldn't wait to hear what they had to say, especially if they had any tips or warnings. 0 players like this post! Like? |

|Silentsmoke|Tom|30m|Deputy|TorrensClan|Gathering Island|Healthy| Scarce prey was always bad news, for the impacted clans and those surrounding them. Ill-luck with hunting was like a disease: contagious to all others. If prey was coming up short in their neighboring clan, then TorrensClan had a fair chance of being hurt by it as well. It could lead to prey-stealing, yes, but that wasn't his concern at the moment. More than likely, it meant that poor weather wasn't favoring their typical prey, possibly resulting in a short for everyone. Silentsmoke could only hope that the fish would hold out. He doubted that SabuloClan would try fish, anyways. "My deepest apologies. I hope prey runs better in your future." The deputy had to admit, he didn't find it to be the most intelligent idea, living in a desert of all places. Then again, what choice did SabuloClan have? You took what you can get. Then again, it was likely that they had adapted to such scarcity and dryness, seeing that the wiry cats had roamed the inhabitable land for countless moons. Silentsmoke smiled at the leader when she asked about his clan. "Early greenleaf is treating us well," he admitted while briefly glancing over his clanmates. "...StarClan has blessed us with a handful of busy kits. Now I can only hope that they'll...stay out of trouble. As amusing as they are." And by StarClan, he would share his warrior name recommendations for those furballs with his leader! One day, he'd get to name one of them, or he'd die trying. He was a phenomenal namer-of-things. 0 players like this post! Like? |

| Cloudsight | Female | 15 moons | Deputy | NemusClan | Gathering |Healthy | Cloudsight followed Featherstar to the Gathering, calmly going to sit under her perch and looking around in interest. The shape of Stalkerdeath was slightly blurry, but Cloudsight recognised her all the same. Noticing her glare, Cloudsight decided it was wise to not interfere with her. 0 players like this post! | Mossclaw | Male | 75 moons | Medicine Cat | SabuloClan | Gathering |Healthy | Mossclaw made his way over to where the Medicine Cats regularly met. While the tom wasnt all that old, he still moved like it, sitting and sorting herbs all day did little for a cat's physical health. Only a few moons ago did he catch an awful cough, despite overcoming it, he still carried the after affects of it. The tom plodded over and sat down a few steps away from the PalusClan apprentice. "I dont believe Ive seen you here before, you a new apprentice?" The tom asked, staring at the small tom. He stepped closer and sniffed the young tom's pelt, trying to figure out what Clan they were from. Despite his efforts, he could only smell the sweet and semi-bitter scent of medicinal herbs. Mossclaw had kind amber eyes that glinted with mischevious curiosity when he spoke to younger cats, he always enjoyed messing with their imaginations. 0 players like this post! Like? |

| Scorpionstar | Female | 28 moons | Leader | SabuloClan | Gathering |Healthy | The small molly shrugged her shoulders and flicked her eyes, glaring at a fly as it buzzed around her ears. She knew that the other Clans may see SabuloClan as a doomed Clan, destined to be destroyed by lack of prey and searing heat, but she knew her cats. Her cats were fighters, they would adapt. SabuloClan cats learned quickly when is the best time to go out, as the sand could burn a cats paws right off. "Thank you, Silentsmoke. I will admit, we have attempted to catch fish along our side of the stream, although we had no luck. That, and, fish is not too filling nor tasty. I'd much rather have a juicy rabbit." Scorpionstar wrinkled her nose comically when she mentioned the taste of fish, it truly had been rather foul. The tiny bones would poke her gums while the slimy meat squished between her teeth. She would much rather eat from the carrionplace then suffer through another mouthfull of fish. Nasty. "I am glad to hear that! And may StarClan help you not strangle any kits, they can be quite the handful." SabuloClan too had had a few kits, two of the queens had given birth to healthy litters. The kits were very active, which meant warriors needed to watch out for tiny fuzzballs running around the camp without a care. The elders did enjoy it when a kit got in trouble though, the punishment would mean tick-pulling and bedding duty, both very unfathomable. 0 players like this post! Like? |

| Stalkerdeath | Female | 15 moons | Deputy | PalusClan | Gathering |Healthy | Stalkerdeath took one last glare at the TorrensClan cats before staring at the millipede in front of her and crushing it slowly. Ugh. She flicked her tail impatiently. When would the Gathering actually start?! 0 players like this post! Like? |

| Twigpaw | Male | 8m | Medicine Cat Apprentice | Palusclan | Gathering Island |Healthy | He had forgotten about how anxious meeting new faces made him. Mossclaw was a medicine cat that Twigpaw had never met before. While he did attend the last gathering, the apprentice was unable to make the first Gatheirng because the elders had fallen ill, and the medicine cat den required a real good cleaning. Perhaps something had come up in Mossclaw's clan that had forced him to miss last moon's meeting? Submissively, the silent apprentice lowered his head, glancing up at the older tom with round, curious blue eyes. At his question, the medicine cat apprentice shrugged his shoulders a bit to communicate that his time as an apprentice was so-so. He wasn't brand new to his training, but he wasn't exactly "seasoned" as some apprentices. Besides, his path would be a long one, as most medicine cat apprentices trained longer than those under a warrior. Twelve moons might be the average for a youngster to become a warrior, but to earn a full medicine cat title...it took an apprentice many, many more moons. In fact, one could say that medicine cats never ceased learning. StarClan always had secrets in store for them. 0 players like this post! Like? |

|Silentsmoke|Tom|30m|Deputy|TorrensClan|Gathering Island|Healthy| He never really understood what everyone had against fish. Ok, he had to admit it- maaaaybe the texture felt a little gross at first when he first started to dine upon the scaled water-dwellers. But in the end, the taste had really grown on him, it was as refreshing as a cool dip in the water on a hot greenleaf's day. From time to time, he did like to mix things up with land prey- but rabbit was much too stringy for him. Too...gamy. "As cruel as it may sound, I would love to see you try to catch a fish. I never took you for the cat so willing to get their fur wet. Most cats that aren't born in TorrensClan like myself shy away from it." Her facial expression caused Silentsmoke to twitch his whiskers in amusement. She reminded him of a young kitten, forced to try fresh kill for the first time by his or her mother. "It's not that bad, c'mon!" While he was agile, Silentsmoke could never force himself to catch a rabbit. He could be swift on his paws, speed and timing were necessary to catch such reactive fish, but rabbits...They were capable of kicking. And hard. It was true that some fish could bite back with painful spines or even gruesome teeth of their own, but years of training had taught Silentsmoke better. "I've learned to have patience with the young ones." The TorrensClan deputy admitted in a low rumble, thinking about the topic of kittens. "I've had a pawful of rowdy apprentices, anyhow. I actually think I'll take innocent kittens over moody adolescents any day. They keep me on my toes, teach me to have fun again." 0 players like this post! Like? |

| Mossclaw | Male | 75 moons | Medicine Cat | SabuloClan | Gathering |Healthy | Mossclaw noticed the small apprentice's shy demeanor and offered a warm smile. "You must be the quiet one Tumblestripe mentioned." His heart ached slightly when he mentioned the late medicine cat. Just last moon Tumblestripe had passed on, the old tom had gotten green-cough, which in a matter of hours turned to black-cough. Mossclaw frowned, the only reason he was a medicine cat was because the sudden loss of Tumblestripe left the Clan without a medicine cat. Luckily, Mossclaw had grown up learning herbs and their uses from Tumblestripe, even though Mossclaw had hoped to become a warrior. Despite all of that, he knew that Tumblestrip would've wanted him to take his place. "I believe he said your name was... Twiiiigpaw?" The bulky tom looked at the small apprentice, hoping he got the name right. 0 players like this post! Like? |

| Scorpionstar | Female | 28 moons | Leader | SabuloClan | Gathering |Healthy | At the tom's comment, Scorpionstar faked a look of disgust squinting at the TorrensClan deputy. "I would never subject myself to such humiliation ever again. It is no where near the feeling of triumph when you catch a rabbit." The molly protested, shaking out her fur indignantly. She shook her head adamantly, not humouring such an idea as to get her fur soaked just for a few mouthfuls of slimy flesh. "Absolutely not!" Scorpionstar could recall the first time she had ever caught a rabbit, the feeling of wind in her fur as she chased the spry animal through the sandy hills. Her execution had been very sloppy as she strongly remembered the disgusting feeling of getting sand in her mouth and eyes, but it had been worth it. Ever since rabbit had been her absolute favourite prey to bring down, followed by snake, although snakes were far more dangerous. "If you catch a snake I will go fishing, how about that, fish-breath?" She had a mischevious glint in her eyes as she teased the tom, knowing full well how snakes were seen by other Clans. 0 players like this post! Like? |

| Finchstar | Male | 42 Moons | Leader | Monsclan | Gathering | Healthy | As the other clans began their conversations and catching up, a certain clan was currently not present. Just beyond the waters leading to the island the clans gathered at, a rough looking ginger tabby tom was getting his clan together for the gathering. He selected those who knew swimming well, for he did not wish to lose any of his fellow clan-mates to the waters for his neglect of their abilities. After careful consideration, Finchstar was finally ready to embark for the particular island. With his clan close behind, he traversed the rocky, mountainous terrain enveloping their homeland for some time. They crossed this land in no time, having grown more than accustomed to it's dangerous slopes and climbs. They waded into the water, coats becoming overly soaked in the cool liquid, and eventually arrived on gathering grounds. Finchstar shook his body, flinging water in all directions, and waited on his followers to do the same before continuing their journey towards the location of interest. As they filed in, the orange tom stopped in his tracks and turned to speak to his clan. "Keep yourselves weary; despite this being a gathering, there are some troublemakers who may be present. Keep your head's level and react with a calm attitude. If I hear any of you have stepped out of line, you will have to answer to any punishment I see fit." With that, Finchstar turned and continued along the path, leading his followers to a clear spot. After a few short moments, the tom left to seek out the other leaders, his amber gaze scanning the area for the familiar bodies. His eyes fell upon Scorpionstar, who seemed to be conversing with a particular tom who Finchstar believed to be the Torrensclan deputy, if his memory had not faltered. 0 players like this post!
