Personality: Reserved and obedient; these are the terms that come to mind when one first meets Zenvir. She practices respectful speech and conduct at all times, no matter who she is interacting with, but a faint glimmer in her green eyes suggests she is not entirely subservient. Though some might find her a little hard to approach due to her menacing appearance, Zen is unabashedly kindhearted. She often checks in with the pride's broodmothers to see if they need help looking after the little ones, content with the company of cubs and adolescents alike (to a degree that might make some wonder why she didn't aim to be a broodmother herself).
Fears: Being unable to protect or support those who need her-- particularly if they are young.
Backstory: Not much is known about her besides that she was adopted into the Darkwater Pride as a fresh adult. Zenvir was already battle-scarred by then and refused to speak to anyone about her past, keeping to herself and doing what was asked of her without opposition. It took months for her to finally start breaking out of her shell. Zen now interacts with others enough not to be a social outcast, but no one is any closer to learning anything about what happened to her before she joined Darkwater... Personality: Keno loves to manipulate others into obeying him. If you get in his way, he's gonna kill you. He's sadistic and keeps skulls of his victims in his cave.

Backstory: (Optional) Keno was abandoned at a young age, and has been scavenging and stealing ever since. When he killed his first prey, he enjoyed the feel of the life draining away, and he wanted more. Soon, the small lives of prey could not satisfy him. He strayed back to his former pride, finding his parents and their new cubs, living in happy family. Keno got jealous and angry and he killed his parents and their cubs brutally. After that, he left to find a new place to live, arriving at the cave outside of the Darkwater Pride's territory.
Other: Keno lives in a cave outside of the pride's territory, but he spends most of his time sniffing around the borders for lost cubs to kill or lone females to capture. Inside his cave, he keeps trophies of his most impressive kills. He has a couple lion skulls, some lion teeth and claws, and also some prey skulls. Scattered here and there in his cave are also some bones.

Flame is a loyal, fierce, strong, agile, intelligent, brave, bold, kind to some not all, caring only for the well being of the pride, and extremely obedient to King Caster and Queen Mbali, he fights with the finesse and regality of a skilled, witted, and strategic warrior, with only few goals in life to serve his king to the end and protect the pride, with fur and eyes like fire he is not a lion you want to ever meet on the battlefield. He does love cubs but no one knows and they're the only ones he is gentle and kind too, regaling adolescents of the king's triumphant wins in battle and the defeat of his foes, he is a great teacher of battle.

Backstory: (Optional) Sakura and Flame were both loners before they joined Darkwater Pride, but they came from different places, Sakura had a wonderful upbringing until she turned one year and two months old when her family perished in a forest fire, she came from the farthest reaches of Africa where there are forests of beautiful acacia trees. Flame's upbringing was not as great as Sakura's was, he lived in a family consisting of his mother Sun, father Dusk, his two uncles, three lionesses he didn't know, one sister named Lily and two brothers named Smoke and Ash, his oldest uncle by the name of Blaze (his other uncle was named Scorch) was the leader of their group, when his mother died his father left them in grief (dying from a horrible human interaction involving three men and rifles) and never returned, his sister Lily was well cared for by the lionesses Grace, Moon, and Jade with Moon as her mother figure, his brothers and him trained under their uncles, who made the law of their group 'Fight and Kill or Fight and be Killed', for them they never knew peace, when his uncle Scorch and his brother Smoke turned on himself, Ash, and their uncle Blaze, Blaze killed Scorch, Smoke killed Ash, the lionesses ran away with Lily two sunfalls ago, and Flame was left to fight Smoke in a battle of brother on brother, to their uncle's law of 'Kill or be Killed', it was either him or Smoke, and only one of them could come out alive, and only one of them did.
And it was Flame.

Personality: Zee is a strong independent lioness with a mind of her own. If she sets her mind, nothing will change it. She makes sure that her duties are done, her way. This can cause her problems, but made her chosen to care for and train the young in their most basic of duties. Zee has a heart, even if it is withered and kept to herself. This lioness is also wise beyond her years, a trait passed down to her by her mother. She uses her knowledge to leverage her ends of a bargon, and a deal maker she is by heart. Though most often these deals favor Zee.
Fears: She fears becoming weak and helpless. Needing a male to better herself.
Backstory: Zee was always her Mother’s favorite. Something that made her proud, but that favoritism made her mother push Ziarya harder than ever. Her family always picks one girl out as their replacement, to pass their knowledge onto. So from a young age she was separated, beaten, battered and abused until she was perfect.

Body, mind, and mannerisms, all had to be perfect. From strength, size, personality, and thoughts. So, Zee was alone for much of her younger years. Alone except her mother, grandmother, and Great Grandmother that was. Each a solid generation of perfection, in their eyes. When Zee returned to the pride she hardly knew how to interact with others for herself, and this made things even harder.

There was one thing that Zee found to calm her inner storm, it was the young. Though she was ruthless, and brash, she cared, something her family could not understand. After a few months it was Decided, Zee had to go. She would be killed and a new child chosen. Zee though was strong, and when her mother came in the night to remove the stain, it was Zee who walked from the Den that moment.

Since her Living perfections avoid her, afraid to reach the same line on the fate string. Zee, took her mother’s place as the Main Brood Mother, a right passed to her at death. Though she will never escape the training, she is still making her own path.

Backstory:

Lilith was one of the few Lions that were around before Caster's rule, joining the pride when they were both cubs. Her mother was a loner and was having trouble keeping her cubs alive on her own, so they joined the Darkwater pride. but of course they were only interested in females, So as Lilith and her mother gained a pride, Her brothers lost their life. And Lilith lost her only friends.

Time went by and Lilith eventually lost her mother as well. "A hunt gone bad" another Lioness told her. This loss didnt hit as hard as her litter mates, Liliths mother was a cruel lioness that often used her claws in favor of her words, even when teaching young cubs. So this was more of a weight off the young lioness shoulders.
It was around this time that Caster's rise in ranks began, fighting and killing anyone in his way. And Lilith was smart enough to get out of there before he was at the top, it was obvious to her that living her life as a rouge would be safer than staying in this chaotic pride..... even if she could never bring herself to stray too far.


Other:
- Its not certain if Lilith ever interacted with the young king, although she can still spot him in the pride from memory (it is open for him to have known her tho. As childhood friend/ neutral / rival / whatever))
