I had concerns about this when the news post dropped; I don't think users should be able to negatively influence how my energy bar functions (it's easily abusable; blocking users doesn't prevent them from attack you so being mobbed by people who have rabies is definitely a real thing). Even if it is 20sb-- that's a bone marrow a day in order to correct the problem and seeing as people can give you rabies multiple times a day and you can only buy one marrow... I've already been attacked consistently by one user who seems determined to give me rabies when they get it and I'm not only losing my energy but I'm losing my event currency. This is not fun to wake up to. I want to focus on gathering beetles, not having to check my lion for rabies every hour because one player is being a jerk because staff pretty much gave them the go-ahead. Energy should not be touched, ever. Thanks for coming to my Ted-talk. |

Indeed. :( That is an issue to consider! I wish blocking would fix that issue. Like make you entirely invisible/untouchable by the blocked person, so you'd show up as "Lion does not exist" for them and they'd be unable to do/see anything about you.  0 players like this post! They could add in a feature that lets you choose if u want to be attacked or not like if a player doesn't want to be attacked with the rabies then they can disable that interaction 0 players like this post! Like? |

Or maybe something like a user can only get rabies from another user once a week? I do support kind of, but I feel like this isn't really that much of the game's mechanic problem, more of a user harassment issue. I'll stay neutral (in not voting), but I do hope your problem will be solved, or you could try asking them if they are just targeting you because of stats (or other reasons), or if they are trying to give you rabies, they probably won't admit they are giving you rabies but you could try telling them that it's bothering you and ask if they could attack someone else instead, and not attack one person repeatedly. If they agree they might not be harassing you on purpose, again this should be turned in to the mod box so staff can help (you've probably heard too much of this). 0 players like this post! Like? |

It's not a random user. We've had spats offsite and again, I've got them blocked, both here and elsewhere. So I highly doubt they're just unintentionally infecting me. Like I said, we'll see if they keep it up. Edit: Since my king is level 1 now, they actually can't attack me anymore, which is good. However, if I get to level 7, im open to being mobbed again. Oh okay, then I can only wish you good luck. It isn't fun, cause you can't get the energy refills and stat boosts and stuff like that, or when you are level 7 just stack up on exp until you can get to like lvl10 so they can't attack you. I support the idea of having the option to turn on/off the chance of getting rabies from another user. Luckily, I havent been given rabies by a user before, so the only time I get rabies is from explore. I support, the option to turn it on or off would be good. The reason people used to want rabies was to unlock a level in reptile roundup, it requires being infected multiple times. 0 players like this post! Like? |
