Milo watched him from the corner of his eye. Hanson insisted on following him to the bakery that day. He had to see the all mighty Pi for himself. He and Milo talked as they both made their way through the crowd. The cat slipped away to keep a close eye on him.

Milo found Kisha and smiled at her. "Well isnt this a lovely surprise!"

Pi had ran into the bakery as he kept his eyes on the baked goods that were on display. He was debating on which one to order as his mind began racing with questions. The feline began pacing back and forth as he kept muttering to himself.

"Isnt he a ball of joy! He just loves it down here" Kisha giggled

Milo smirked as he watched him. "I don't usually abuse my officer title but maybe we can go to talk to him if we say we're from the police..." He pulled out his badge and walked to the bakery

Kisha followed with badge in hand, making sure there was no fishy buissness as the rebelion loved getting involved with the festivals. She looked at the feline who was sitting infront of the display, his eyes locked onto the cinnamon rolls

"Hey! Im Officer Milo! I was just coming to see if anyone has given you problems!" Milo smiled at him. "Want me to get you some? They are amazing!" His tail wagged happily as he spoke

Charlotte accepted their payment with a smile and waved at the officers as they left the shop. "Come again."

The store had a pretty good influx of customers that day, since the line to submit an application to Pi was close and many of the people waiting got hungry doing so, which kept Charlotte busy. Occasionally she glanced to the crowd outside and wondered what it'd be like to meet Pi, but her min didn't wander much further than that.

I'm the evening the store closed early, as the festival was tomorrow, so they needed time to prepare!

Just like the day before, Charlotte was quick to rush out front when she heard the door open. The store had already been open before now -- they opened early during the festival -- she had just gone to the back to check on things in the oven.

"Morning, how can I--" She stopped short upon seeing Kisha, Milo and... Pi?! THE Pi? In her store?! Charlotte's mouth was agape.

"Oh-! Uh, hello. This... Is a surprise..."

She looked at Milo and Kisha with confusion as she stepped behind the register. She also tossed a nervous glance to the window, wondering if anyone saw him come in.

The feline was looking at the three people around him, the 16 year old rose to his feet. "Hi! Im Pi! Nice to meet you Officer Milo!" His tail swayed happily as he nodded at his request. Kisha giggling as she turned to Charlotte. "They decided to let him roam around town for tthe day, we will keep a watchful eye on him"

Milo handed Charlotte the money. “So how do you like it so far?” The dog asked with a welcoming smile. “It’s really nice to meet you Pi!” He put his hand on his shoulder gently. “I will promise that nothing will happen to you today! I swear on my life!”

"Thank you sir! So far its amazing, everyone iss so welcoming!" he removed his cloak to leet his wings stretch, one in a bandage as he looked back at Charlotte. "Do you serve hot chocolate?! They never serve it in the dome" he grinneed wide

Some people were looking into tthe bakery as she watched outside, eyeing some suspicious on lokers as she lookeed inside

Milo scowled as he looked outside the bakery. He stepped out of the shop and held up his badge. “Why don’t you guys go on with your day? There’s nothing to see here!” He beared his teeth at them. His fur was sticking up as he stepped up back into the bakery. “Sorry about that.”

``Oh dang it-``

Mindy was breatheless as she ran. Must find Pi. Must find Pi! She never thought she could run so fast! The people came by in a blur and a sea of legs, her feet beginning to burn from the intense run. Damn she should've put on some shoes! Her body slammed into something. A glass window. Stupid rabbit! Stupid damn rabbit! Her body slid down the glass and groaned, rubbing her head. She then noticed all the people surrounding the place. Wait...

Inside she saw him. Pi. Wait! With a guy!

The rabbit ran in, her lungs burning as she gasped for air.

``P-`` She could barely speak, ``Pi! Y-you were... supposed to wait!`` She placed her hands on her knees for a moment before her sharp blue eyes landed on Milo. How could a bunny's eyes be so cold? ``Who are you?`` A deep voice, a hand to her hip, and a raised eyebrow greeted Milo.

Milo looked down at her. “Are you his guard or something? Because you could get killed real easily in that job...” Milo bent down to be eye level with her. “I’m an officer.” He showed his badge to her. “I’m just making sure nobody was hassling him.” He rolled his eyes at her look.

Roam around town? She glanced once more at the window, seeing a crowd start to form. "Is that really safe...?" She murmured softly, more to herself, but loud enough for Kisha to hear.

She knew they'd watch over him, but it still seemed risky... Well, either way, he was here now, and she had orders to fill. She awkwardly arranged Milo's regular order along with a cinnamon roll for Kisha, since she got that yesterday, all whilst continuing to cast glances at Pi and the window. She got distracted by his wings when he took off his cloak and almost missed his question when he asked about hot chocolate.

"Hm? Oh, y-yes, we do! I'll get it!" She didn't have any freshly made yet, as most didn't get drinks here, but she relished the opportunity to go in the back and catch her breath for a moment. "I'll be back!" Charlotte turned away from the group and quickly rushed to the kitchen to make the hot chocolate.

Along the way, she noticed her parents were huddled in a corner, talking anxiously. Hearing her come in, her mother turned to her. "Is it true..?" She mumbled quietly. "Is it really Pi out there...?"

Charlotte nodded as she hastily prepared the hybrid's drink.

"Some police officers are here though, so hopefully nothing crazy will happen..?" Charlotte tried to assure. Her parents shared anxious looks.

"M-maybe we should close..." Her mother offered timidly.

"No-" Before Lotte could continue, she heard another voice in the front, grabbing her attention and causing her to rush out with the hot chocolate. There was a new bunny in the room, one who seemed familiar with Pi. Charlotte took a breath and walked forward slowly, smiling and setting the cup on the counter.

She scoffed at his comment, ``I'm not as weak as you think I am! People always consider bunnies weak! I happen to know how to kick a tooth out of your jaws!`` She muttered. Mindy raised an eyebrow at the male as he bent down to be level with her, ``Uh huh nice to meet you thanks for the rude commentary. Pi are we done here?``

She rubbed the bridge of her muzzle, her foot thumping on the ground. When the fawn walked into the rom she waved, a small twitch of a smile on her face.

Pi was……gone……he had taken the hot chchocolate and vanished. Kisha looked around in shcok, "Wasnt he just here?!" She looked right at Millo
