Name: Solstice,or Sol

Gender: Solstice is transfeminine, meaning she used to be a male, but now identifies as female. She still smells like a male, but has feminine features, and is unable to have cubs.

Personality: Solstice is a calm, yet easily distracted lioness who tends to get her head lost in the clouds. Besides that, she can be mature and kind to those she takes a liking to.

Personality: Hera is nervous and insecure, and relies on Zeus, her mate, to make all her decisions for her. She finds it difficult to be independent and make even the simplest of choices herself. Although she can be useful in a fight, her skills are greatly overshadowed by the fact that she cannot function without Zeus.
Backstory: Hera was born to a lone lioness and a rouge male who left immediately after she was born. A couple years later, almost the instant Hera reached adulthood, her mother drowned in a lake while trying to take down a water buffalo.
One day, she was trying her best to survive, hoping to catch a wildebeest, when a muscled male leapt out of the undergrowth, catching it for her and offering to share it with her. She agreed and began to travel with him, slowly getting more and more attached as he began to control her every move, every little thing in her lifestyle. Whenever she tried to make her own decisions and failed, she would end up being called stupid— and feeling stupid, and so eventually stopped trying to do anything herself. She is completely dependent on Zeus and barely does anything except wait for him when he is not around.

Cheerful, energetic, and good-natured, Faina is a bright and happy-go-lucky young lioness brimming with sunshine and curiosity. She’s also extremely creative and imaginative, and has the innate ability to come up with tons of ideas on a daily basis, a lot of which she puts into action but scraps once the thrill of novelty has waned off. She is easy to get along with and always tries her best to make people laugh, because it makes herself feel liked and appreciated. Faina grows attached to others much too quickly and is extremely trusting, which puts her in a precarious position most of the time. She prioritises her own actions above everything and is impulsive, which has led her to suffer from her rash decisions multiple times. She is upbeat and joyous but finicky, and changes her mind about things a lot. She has a quick temper which has mellowed down – though it still flares through in outbursts at times.

To the surprise of many, Faina possesses sharp wits and intuition and was blessed with a photographic memory from birth. She can connect the dots and notice patterns very quickly, and is surprisingly observant. She is especially keen on others' emotions and body language. Due to her carefree and jovial demeanour and partly her age, this intelligence is something that is expected out of a character like hers and a common reaction to it is shock and surprise from others.

Faina's mother was an unhappy lioness who was chased out of her original pride whilst she was pregnant. Upon giving birth to her, she discovered that her daughter was born with a mutation -- monstrous overgrown fangs, like a beast of the old folktales. She did not even bother to nurse her; Faina was abandoned by a dried-up watering hole without even having a name. Fortunately, a patrol of lionesses on a hunt discovered her later that day, and managed to nurse the tiny cub back to health. One of those lionesses gave Faina her name as well.

Description: Karr is a wandering shaman that covers many territories depending on the tolerance of the prides or packs that inhabit the areas. He generally helps with healing both physical and spiritual but his services usually vary on what is required. A lot of the things he says don't usually make sense to those who he encounters but despite his eccentricities he is rather harmless.

Accessories: Karr is a lion of few worldly possessions. He keeps himself brightly painted with mixtures of clay, sap and herbs. He also doesn't really smell like a lion since he often rubs himself in smudges of herbs. His accessories consist of trinkets he had been given by the lioness that taught him, mittens with exceptionally sharp claws for gathering ingredients, his bag to carry supplies and a few other bangles just because he like them.
