What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Gifting What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. I cannot gift items, lions, etc. from my main to my side or vice versa. This is really irritating and inconvenient as now I have to use trades to transfer items. Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Any screenshots you can provide us with?   Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: Well not really any steps aside from going to my linked account, trying to find the gift button but then not seeing said gift button period.  0 players like this post! Same. I think the announcement said something about you can view the wishlist even if transfers are turned off, but I know I never turned off mine because I trade lions between my two accounts all the time. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Have you checked your allowed transfers status in TC for definite? It's now at Trading Center > Settings (tab at the top), since the update. I did have to toggle mine to see gifting again - anecdotally at least some seem people's to have reset, or be acting differently than how they were set, after the update 0 players like this post! I was able to transfer after turning those on, however I still maintain it is a bug that turning off transfers blocks you from transferring to yourself. Seems unfair to have to open yourself up if you just want to move some underbrush from side to main for example. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't think it's a bug technically since it seems to have always been intentionally coded that way - just an annoying feature that could be improved lol ;) I'm sure by now there are various suggestion posts to change it, and to streamline how transfers etc work between linked accounts in general. This is one example I turned up in search if you wanted to go add support, but there are probably others too 0 players like this post! Like? |
