What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
Depending on the device's size, the 'Hit Me Up with That Energy Boost' button clips through the panel holding it.

As well, Sidebar Chat Recolors are no longer functional, this is seen on den pages but is also seen on any pages where someone is using a plug in to see CSS on non-den pages of Lioden. This impacts the entire 'fra_chatContainer' div element, including the channel dropdown, the pinned message, all messages, both odd and even nth childs, the code of conduct link and all other links, the text box, and the send message. It even extends to the scroll bar no longer being covered.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

This image was captured by Wyn|G3 9xBO Anubis (#344111), sent to me asking CSS questions about it. It appears on both a 15" Lenovo Legion 5 and Macbook Pro 13". It does not appear on my monitor (24", around 23.6" viewable) unless I open Inspect Element to reduce my display size, which then it does. Seems to appear at all resolutions, so is dependent on the display size rather than individual resolution. Severity is also dependent on device size as well.


Captured by me on my Den Page, Chat Recolor was working prior to the Dev Update. Can provide CSS code upon request.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
For the Energy Boost:
- Have 0% Energy
- Have appropriate device size, seemingly below 20", not sure of exacts.

For Chat:
- Have sidebar chat edits included in your CSS. Watch it not work. No fix found.
