I have lost many lionesses due to rolling over, and then not being able to rollover again for several reasons, including personal.

No support. This really all comes down to prioritize and paying attention. If y'all would set reminders and feed/play daily it wouldn't happen. I feel like it's set to real life days to get folks to pay attention to their lions as well as save storage space in the site data. It's always good to think ahead. If you've made plans in your life and can't guarantee you'll be able to tend to your pride after rolling over it's best to not rollover. Real life should always be top priority over a game. I'm attuned to my body and know when I'm starting to not feel well. If I'm sick enough I simply won't rollover until I feel better. There's ways around it so there's really no need to change it. We should be happy we get 7 real life days instead of 0.

some people forget I guess, I tend to be really forgetful and my den page is LONGGG, so I don't go to my den page a lot which means I can't usually see if my lions are hungry or not I do see the rollover messages but I forget that in seconds because of how many forums and things i have to do. Not everyone has enough time.

Also I'd need reminders to look at the reminders I can't remember shit

Hi! I no supported and didn't comment initially because I didn't want to comment on an emotionally charged suggestion that I disagreed with.

But if you want to know, I mostly agree with LunarKnight. I understand that it's extremely annoying and even heartbreaking, and I would support a suggestion to clarify the wording. But changing to rollovers instead of real days has exploitation potential, and I don't think the server should have to hold the lions in limbo.

Can't you put a spoiler on your den page or find a CSS with a scrollable box? If you like mine I can give you the link. There's ways to solve that too. I have ADD , a husband who doesn't do dip around the apartment so I have to keep it cleaned myself, a job, 2 hyperactive kids and yet I still remember to feed and play with my pride.

That's honestly not a very good reason imo mainly because shit happens. You can;t always be one step ahead of life. When i rolled over i was perfectly fine and healthy, i was able to tend to my lions and reclaim them and not even a few hours later I was puking my fucking guts out. Not everyone can afford FAPA, and not many see the need for it so saying 'oh just get FAPA' isn't a good thing because as i've just said, some people can't even with larger prides.

You may be attuned to your body, but not everyone is. i often feel fine and then suddenly get unwell the same day, and maybe even in the same hour. Sometimes i don't even realise i've rolled over as i thought it was my side i had rolled over, but it in fact wasn't.

You say to prioritise life but that's the issue; we need to priortise life sometimesm but the claiming function prevents that by quite literally forcing us to rollover or else we lose what could be hundreds of GB. I had a bad month on lioden last month, lost my pride several times due to a lack of food and other resources as I kept accidentally rolling over [my fault, not saying it wasn't], but when i seriously needed to not be rolling over, i fucking had to to reclaim those lions which has taken it's frustratingly large mental toll on me.

You can never guarantee you'll be able to feed the lions, you may oversleep, you may think you;ve already done it but you haven't. You may become busy, you may become sick like i have already mentioned. it's good to plan ahead, but it is not a foolproof plan.

I'll often feed all my lions, and play with them, thinking they;re fine and not checking to see if the lightning bolt is there very rarely as i've just fed/played with them loads, and somehow some still fucking run.

Plus, reminders DO NOT WORK for some people. they sure as hell don't work for me because I IGNORE them. if i have a reminder and i;m in the middle of something, i have to ignore it and then i forget about them. I check lioden regularly on my phone when i have rolled over, but sometimes i just forget to feed/play my lions. I tend to do it just before rollover as that's when i have ENOUGH food and toys to sustain my pride in the first place, and doing it at several points throughout the day is annoying because i don;t know who then needs what. I rather do it in order and all at the same time and get it over with.

There is genuinely nothing wrong with my suggestion, in fact it's more beneficial, because in either situation your lions fucking run, and i would much prefer to be able to not rollover for a few days if i don't want to, instead of FORCING MYSELF to come online because of a mechanic. I have lost hybrids to this mechanic and other valuable muts because i DIDN'T know it was 7 real life days. I thought it was 7 rollovers and I was safe.

Also yes the suggestion is emotionally charged as I am a bit overstimulated so if it feels like i'm angry I'm not and just lmk so I can change what i've said to be a bit more neutral.

But my point still stands, either way the timings can be taken advantage of, i can use ym main and side to farm for stuff, but i'd only be able to really use my side if it was rollover days.

My main point is that it is very stressful being forced to rollover because you made a mistake.

It's all unfortunate but if everyone was able to keep their runaway lions in limbo It would slow down the site. Like i said, we're lucky we even get a second chance to keep them. What I do is tend to my pride as the day goes on that way by the time I'm offline for the night they're good. I chose a CSS with the cave inhabitants visible at a glance to prevent them running away. Just scroll down and see who's unhappy. Done.

it wouldn't though, at all? The site is perfectly capable of handling a small adjustment with all the big changes they are currently doing. They moved servers entirely to suit to the influx in members.

Even if you do pay attention, do it all throughout the day as i have said numerous times stuff happens. you can;t always do the same exact routine if stuff happens. I stick to a routine most of the time successfully, and if it's not successfull i don;t rollover until I am to be active more, or if I know i have the funds to reclaim I do. I even use my side to boost the moods of some of my lions if I have to as my accounts share a clan that I own.

Hundreds of members actively complain about this function in specific, especially since people just assume off the bat it's 7 rollovers, and NOT 7 real life days because of the rollover function in order to access the game. Even a little note down at the reclaim section or in the daily rollover when a lioness runs to remind users that lions have ran and that is is REAL LIFE days and not rollovers would be useful.

I have no idea how to get css and as said before, very long den page
I have the memory of a worn down pebble and cannot remember for the life of me that lions need food.
also sometimes I do remember to feed my lions but its just space issues, and I cannot clear space or buy it because of a lack of gb.

I can't sell the aging adol, usually its valuable (a triple rosette/multi bo or smth)
and most of my lionesses are special to me or gifted, so I can't make space with that either
And i can't buy space because my dumbass only has 3 gb I can actually use

So I let them run and hope I can figure it out later! But I then happened to have to go on vacation 3 days later
came back and my heir project lioness was gone
keep in mind that mf was the prime thing I needed to make my heir
so like
sadness.

The vacation was unplanned, we literally went at 2 in the morning

Like I said, I would support a clarification that it's real life days. I do understand it's misleading and THAT can be really frustrating. I think I would probably support reminders too. Just not changing to rollovers.
