You were wandering around alone and weary when catching the scent of nearby prey. Quietly you approached the watering hole in attempts to catch your first meal in what seems to be years. Your tummy grumbled as you eyed a warthog taking a rest in the shady oasis, you manager to swallow your hunger as you slowly prowled across the gap between you and the water.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Said a stern voice from behind you. Your hackles raise as you try to pair a scent to the voice, with no luck you pin your ears and turn your guard slowly behind you.

"Is this your territory, sir?" You mumbled quietly peering at the frame peaking from the grass. " You'll do your best to speak clearly when addressing me. I am the king of this territory and there has never been a newcomer who has gone unnoticed through it." The king growled while pouncing out of the grass and making his way towards you.

You held your breath as the dwarf male walked around you. After several minutes your eyes glance over to catch the king laying down in the shade.

"The name is Corpse, stay as long as you'd like cub." He said through a yawn, as his piercing eyes began to close with his maw laid upon his paws.
