After the events of the July Civil War a small coalition of Celestial kingdom lions descended the earth and settled a new Sanctuary a Safe Haven so they could coexist peacefully, for this they claimed the Zimbabwe Lands as the territory and divided it in two kingdoms, West and East, that would grow and spread across Africa, for this they decided to always change between different kings a Celestial a Skyward and a Sidereal to preserve peace amongst themselves.
