Hey all, Some time this evening, Lioden encountered a hard drive fail on its database server. The admin team have been working tirelessly since then to try and correct the situation and retrieve as much data as possible from our daily backup. Fortunately we were able to restore most of the data back to this morning, but unfortunately we lost all your private messages, user logs and friend requests. The server has been rolled back to 2.53 am Lioden time February 4th. Anything past that moment is gone, thankfully that is not even half of a day of gameplay. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will strive to right the situation by investing in new ways of doubling the protection of our servers. For anyone who purchased Gold Beetles today after 2.53am Lioden time, please send a message to Abbey (#1) with your PayPal Transaction or Receipt ID in text format (no screenshots or images) and she will work to restore your GB to you as quickly as possible.  EDIT: If you are sad that you lost awesome deals on trades, visited studs etc, check your browser's history and lioden links you visited during those 6 hours. I'm most active from rollover to a few hours later than when Lioden crashed ;.; I literally lost an entire days work on Lioden, damn. But at least I didn't do anything important. Lost about 60 heart shells and all the explore + hunting progress I did today, but oh well, shit happens. Is there anyway I could get those heart shells back? I'm glad everything is working again but frustrated to have lost all the work I did yesterday, as those were my most active hours - many cubs bred, lions and GB bought. I'll submit receipts later. Now I'm just pouring one out for my breeding projects. :( 0 players like this post! Like? |

@LadyKakata: Unfortunately, we're not able to reimburse items, currency, or lions that were lost as a result of the backup. :( I'm very sorry you have lost a trade but you should be able to search through your Browser History and find the trade/user again! @In My Dreams *PBC*: Xy meant your browser's history, not your user log. :) You should still be able to retrieve pages you have visited, provided you haven't cleared your cache/browsing history. @Minmata: I am very sorry you have lost a good bit of playing time but we are unable to give the shells back, I'm afraid.
