Ahh thank you Kitsune. I took a picture of an actually oppossum and samples the colors from the photo, but I'll lighten it a bit. And I'll try and add more lines to the fur then?
Like more darker scratch texture like the lions we have has.

I think you'll need more detailing on the fur for it to be accepted. Kinda like on this decor:

That is cute.

I can't draw opossums to save my life. But maybe have the fur a little darker on the main body, most I've seen have a lighter head. And there is a small half stripe on the forehead, and behind the eyes. And they have white tips on their ears.

That's better! I think you might still need more lighting/shading on the fur though, so it gives the impression of strands instead of tufts of hair.

alrighty, yeah i was thinking it needed some lightening on the top of its head ears and body myself, but i added some shading cause it started to look like just a mound of fur lol
