Anjay decided to slither down to the river, figuring that might be the better place to find food for the boys and himself. He knew there were other nagas around, he just hadn't seen that many aside from Daechir, and the recent appearance of Killian. He just hoped that others wouldn't just show up out of nowhere.

Finished cleaning Daechir slithered out of the water and laid on the bank to dry off. He stretched out on his back and tucked his arms behind his head before closing his eyes relaxing. But he was careful to keep his guard up so he wouldn't be taken by surprise.

Anjay glanced over his shoulder, spotting Daechir laying on the bank by the river. He hated being have low confidence in himself, but after how Killian treated him he was leery of other high status male nagas. Not that Daechir would be like Killian, he just wasn't entirely sure. He sighed softly to himself, moving into the river before he started searching for some fish.

Daechir opened one eye and watched the smaller male try to locate fish, "They're in the middle of the river sleeping at this hour. There may be some up by the waterfall a little ways that way that are still swimming about." He used his tail to point the direction, feeling too lazy at the moment to move his arms.

"Got it." Anjay chuckled softly, glancing up at Daechir. "Just figured I'd get a decent meal for once."

"Need help?" Daechir sat up and stretched. He was still a bit damp but didn't care if he got wet again.

"If you don't mind." Anjay nodded, looking over at Daechir. Why was he so bad at trying to get with another naga? Maybe that's why he only has the twins, he couldn't really get out of his proverbial shell to talk to another male.

He nodded and slid back into the water, heading to the middle of the wide river to get some fish. He returned a minute later with a fish in each hand and tossed them on the shore to chase the now awake and moving creatures.

Anjay watched Daechir, making mental notes on how the larger male was catching the fish. He had no problems with water of course, he just never really fished before. It was all berries, or whatever small animals he could find. And the occasional deer.

A few more trips and there were seven fish on the bank. Daechir pulled himself up onto the bank and started squeezing water from his hair, "That should be enough for the three of you. Just toss any leftovers into the forest."

Daechir nodded and put his decorations back on and grabbed four of the fish, "Let's go back then."

Anjay followed Daechir, making sure he had the three fish left over. And if the boys didn't want them, that was fine. He just wanted them to eat something different and get some protein in their still growing bodies. "These are pretty big fish."
