As you can deduce it from the title, this guide's idea is to tell you about things you will be able to get, when choosing certain choices while exploring. In addition to that, I have also told where the particular event is possible to encounter, to make it easier for you (and me). (:

Tip: Use Ctrl + F combination if you have trouble finding the encounter info you're looking for.

- A very filthy stinky warthog charges at you!
--> Run Away: Nothing
--> Smash: Warthog Carcass, -1 Karma

- Oh look... A lone cub. I bet you could really hurt someone's pride here.
--> Kill: Causes a Lioness to attack
--> Ignore: Nothing
--> Frolic: +3 Karma + Chance to impress a NCL

- Snickering hyenas try to chase you away from an Eland body they have for dinner. - [neutral karma]
--> Fight: Causes the Spotted Hyena Pack to attack
--> Snatch: Carcass Decor, +8 Karma
--> Leave: Nothing

- The herds are migrating. - [bad karma]
--> Frighten!: +3 Impression, -5 Karma
--> Follow!: +150 Exp
--> Arrange Attack!: 3x Wildebeest Carcass, -3 Karma

- The herds are migrating. - [good karma]
--> Follow!: +100 Exp
--> Warn!: +3 Impression, +3 Karma

- You find a sacred place, created by a human tribe that killed one of your brethren. Perhaps they pay

--> Destroy!: Ancient Lion Mask (unlikely), -4 Karma

- You find a shady looking poacher setting up a snare.
--> Attack: Causes a fight with the Shady Poacher

- You notice a scat left by another lion! The impudence!
--> Destroy!: Nothing
--> Eat!: Nothing
--> Get Rid!: Nothing

- You recognize this fella. He's a son of a king from the southern lands, obviously invading your
--territory! - [bad karma]
--> Fight!: Causes a fight with the White Lion
--> Kill!: White Lion Pelt, -8 Karma - [+ Martyr Blood -achievement]

- You see a mountain of elephant dung.
--> Dig: Random Item (elephant calf carcass, feathers, skulls, etc.)
--> Sniff: +10 SB
--> Turn Around: Causes a Bull Elephant to attack

- You stumble upon an old, dying lion. - [bad karma]
--> Finish Off!: Flesh of the Unworthy Decor (unlikely), -4 Karma
--> Sit By!: Lion Spirit Decor (unlikely), +1 Karma

- You stumble upon a smug looking leopard male.
--> Provoke: Causes the Smug Leopard male to attack
--> Follow: You get a chance to impress a NCL

- A gazelle jumps through the path - [neutral karma]
--> Chase: +200 Exp, -15% Energy

- A large civet spots you in the dark, hissing at you. - [neutral karma]
--> Kill!: Civet Skull, -5% Energy, -2 Karma
--> Frolic!: +2 Impression, +2 Karma
--> Growl!: +10 SB

- A lonely, Trumpeter Hornbill sits on a branch in front of you, trying to eat a juicy fruit.
--> Bat at Branch: Hornbill Feather, -5% Hunger, -2 Karma

That explains why I can't get the lion spirit decor. I've been trying to find the dying lion for ages, but my karma is too high I bet.

Oh, I just got to Marshlands, I'll be posting what I find there.

A few Bushpigs dig for grubs in the reeds nearby, grunting like pigs should.

Suddenly something nearly explodes in front of you. Startled Marsh Mongoose really jump high!
