Hey guys! So I've endeavoured to start off the new year by improving on my art skills, and I thought a good way to do that might be to draw some Pokemon! Pokemon come in a wide range of shapes and colours, with so many different animal/creature bases to work with. They're definitely good for practice in drawing different animals :D Thing is, I haven't really been into Pokemon since I was a kid, so I'm not really up to date with all the newer Pokemon ^^' So I'm looking for some help! I need some Pokemon suggestions! I've reached out on places like deviantART and tumblr but I don't have much of a following on either of those sites, so I thought maybe the members of Lioden could help me out! Just try to keep the suggestions down to one per person for now, yeah? I get excited over Pokemon too, but it gets a little hard to keep track of 100 different suggestions XD It's worth noting that I'm not super great at drawing machine type creatures, so let's try and stick with biological animal types for now ^^ Currently Working On: 1. Latias 2. Lugia 3. Charmander Suggested Pokemon: Murkrow (and Shiny) Shiny Umbreon Lairon Noivern Goodra Mew Greninja Tauros Raichu Lickitung Mightyena Having Difficulty With: Charizard X Persian (just the pose, I should be able to fix this later)  0 players like this post! @GamingGal~ That's not lame at all! Back in the day, my absolute favourite Pokemon was once Pichu lol One of the tiniest little Pokemon ever~ I thought it was cute how it would accidentally shock itself when it tried to use its electricity, hehe. I'll add Tauros to the list for you when it moves up :3 @Aim High~ Ahh, so that was you who just followed me then :3 Thank you so much for the follow! Thank you so much! :D I've actually been having a lot of trouble with drawing the next ones, and I've gone through three different Pokemon with little progress, so I really needed that little confidence push <3 Mew has actually been suggested twice, lol. I should probably make a list of all the suggested Pokemon on the main post, so people don't have to go through 5 pages of comments to see which Pokemon have already been suggested, haha. Aww, well I'm glad to hear that :3 I've seen a few people say that through the course of this thread's progression, and it makes me feel good to know that in doing my own practices, I can help others become inspired to draw as well :D By all means, feel free to share some of your art here as well~ 0 players like this post! Why dont you do like a pokedex instead of random pokemon? You keep track of the ones you finished and go to the next one :B It's just a suggestion, and for pokemon I love Raichu <3 YOU NEED TO DO ESPEON >. @Akaizer~ Well I don't intend to draw every Pokemon ^^' I'm afraid there would be far too many, and I do need to spare some time to do some actual work as well, haha. Espeon has already been done actually :0 But I can add Raichu to the list for you if you'd like! Ahh, I'm not a huge fan of Livestreaming I'm afraid ^^' I get terrible anxiety and tend to mess up in drawing a lot when people are watching me. Perhaps it is something that I could try at some point though, if enough people would be interested? @Thalath~ Thanks a lot! It's not one of my favourites of the ones I've drawn, the lines one the tails are wobbly and it bothers my OCD, lol. @annabethred9~ Ahh, thank you! I'm really glad you like them :3 I'm actually really proud of Arcanine myself, I think it's one of the better drawings I've done so far! Sure! I can add Lickitung to the list for you :D @Blazerrat~ Me too! Though I've grown to appreciate their actual designs a bit more than the series itself nowadays, lol. I used to enjoy the TV series and some of the games when I was younger, but I haven't been into it as much lately ^^ Ohh, sure!
