She suddenly freaked out. "I-id rather not get stabbed thank you!" The simple thought of a weapon used on her made her have a anxiety attack. She stared at him with wide eyes and her ears flattened. However, after a few seconds she shook her head and got up, shaking wet mud from her legs. It stuck and clung to her fur no matter how hard she shook though. "I-I..Um..I need to go!" Almost instantly after saying that her claws were in the bark of the tree and she was half way up it, disappearing into the leaves. Hopping from branch to branch of the near-by trees, she dropped to a lower hanging branch on the otherside of the 'camp' now laying on it with her paws covering her eyes.

Kyle

He sighed. Of course he would now frighten her with a bloody death. He should really just keep his mouth closed. He did nothing as she began to panic and then quickly scurried away. He rubbed his eyes and the stood up. He looked where Arye had disappeared to. He would absolutely hate if he actually went back and by the way he was acting when he left, he feared he might actually go back. He slowly followed his trail, his training in tracking individuals showing through and Arye had not even tried to be sneaky.

As he walked, he eventually heard the sound of rough coughing. The cheetah hybrid paused in his moments. He doubted it was anyone from the labs so it had to be Arye. He pushed some overgrowth away to reveal a coughing Arye. However, that coughing wasn't normal. "Hey, are you ok?" Kyle asked as he approached the dog hybrid.

Blake

Blake chuckle wth amusement, finding her enthusiasm rather adorable. He watched as she made her way across the pool on her pretty owl wings, landing on the other side, near the cave. He watched for her to reappear, getting slightly nervous at her sudden disappearance, and slapped his tail against the ground loudly, hoping she would hear the sound, which signaled that he was a bit worried. Her head popped out from around the rocks, and he smiled, following her. His quills twitcheds lightly in nervousness from the sudden darkness, as he had always veiwed darkness as a sign of bad things to come, but he forced himself to move further into the dark limestone cave, trusting Araia's judgement.

Araia

Araia took Blake's hand and dragged him along through the darkness. For her it was like seeing daytime. The genetic code from owls helped her navigate through the cave. She realized that Blake probably couldn't see so she decided to help out. Finally she stopped, there was a small crystal pool inside the cave with moss bedding and some small flowers growing around. There was a small opening in the roof of the cave letting in some of the sunlight. It was like a miny oasis only inside. She turned around to see Blake's reaction. She wasn't sure if he liked it or not, but for her it was beautiful.

Ahren

"Ha! He somewhat agrees with me." She smiled at her own brilliance as they continued to walk. "If they are in fact buildings, maybe we could raid a store or something. " She looked up at the sky. Even though it was still cloudy from the rain, it was clearly getting dark. "Maybe we could wait till dark? Or just scare everyone and make 'em scatter." She shrugged and then looked at her claws and swished her tail. They could easily scare people and the little settlement up ahead didn't look that big.

Aspen rolled her eyes. "He'd be the first, crazy cat." She retorted, grinning despite herself. "Yeah, we'll have to raid or break in." The older girl said, not happy about the prospect. But what had to be done just had to be done. At the last part, Aspen snorted. "We are not causing a scene. You know that'll draw the scientists right to us. Well just slip in and get some clothes, food, basic items. Nothing fancy or gaudy."

Ahren

Ahren crossed her arms and sighed. She apparently wouldn't be using her claws just yet and she completely ignored the fact that she was acting rather immature...But then again, she practically raised herself in the presence of animals. "I suppose we can be decent members of society." She looked at Able and his foxy legs (hehe, foxy legs...). He would need to cover up...And so would she, and Aspen. She stroked her chin as she thought. "I could maybe hid emy tail in my pants and go swipe some clothes? Maybe?" She had no money to buy clothing and she wasn't sure if she could steal a coat, pants and shoes without being seen.

"We're all going in. It'll be dark, and that'll make it hard to tell." Aspen said firmly. No one got left behind, not if she could help it. She glanced toward the town again, then back to them. "But if you get noticed, try to knock them out. Then just put them in a closet, or something."

Arye

Hearing Kyle's voice he had forced himself to stop coughing, Arye frowned. "I'm fine," He said before pausing for a moment, "I don't see any reason why you should act concerned." He growled, Keeping up the agressive act. There wasn't much to the act he had, Be blunt and agressive. Most of his missions included doing this, Which made it much easier to get closer to people of this day, Since a lot of them were pretty rude and blunt.

"And if the only reason you went after me was because you thought I would go back, You're pretty stupid for one of the older ones." He said, Trying really hard not to start coughing again. Besides, It was normal for his kind, So why would anyone think otherwise? There wasn't much to the other hybrids mixed with similar genes, They often died due to some sort of sickness, So Arye wouldn't be surprised if he did.

"You aren't fine and if you keep insulting me, I'll drop you to your knees myself, you pathetic mutt.", Kyle glared daggers at the younger hybrid as he put his hands in his pocket and continued to walk towards him. He stood mere few feet away when he spoke again. "You really should start to pick your battles. I will do what is necessary for the majority of us to survive, not the individual. so if you wont play nice, you better not drag the rest of us down." He paused for a moment. "I think you understand what I'm getting at but please allow me to say this: If you aren't a good doggy, you will be put down." As much as the older hybrid wanted his threats to be empty, he would do what was necessary for survival. It wouldn't be the first time he would have to kill a hybrid. He took his hands out of his pockets just in case Arye reacted aggressively, though he did hope he didn't.

Arye

"I'm fine." He insisted, Ignoring the death threat from the older hybrid. "It always happens, So I don't see any reason to be worried." It wasn't the first time he's been sick like this- He's gotten it multiple times, Like the others. He sighed, Instead of being out of frustration, He just seemed upset at this point.

"Look, I'm perfectly fine by myself." He said quietly, "I've done it for years at this point- So any longer wouldn't do any harm." There really wasn't much to his missions, He would be left by himself to spy on a certain target, He couldn't do anything suspicious either. The scientists always found a way to figure out.
