once she heard the word ' hunting ' excitement fizzed up in her and her eyes shined. '' ooh I want to catch a squirrel.. or a vole... or a ..'' her eyes pricked. a mouse was right beside a giant tree , it looked as if it was going to scurry into one of the roots soon.She noticed the thorn bush , but surely she wasn't that much of a mousebrain to run into it. Honeypaw leaned down carefully , as if she was stretching. she tried to settle in her instincts but she just couldn't hold it. she scrambled to the tree ,a great pile of leaves flowing up. she ran past the thorn bush and crashed into the tree. squeaking she scrambled to her feet clawing at the roots.

Ravenheart//Riverclan//
Ravenheart looked down the whole way to Fourtrees. Its been nearly forever ever since Shadeclaw and Sunpaw washed away from the shore not too long ago. She felt guilty that she knew it was her fault for making Sunpaw leap at Shadeclaw. She knows that when they return...if they return.. she would be exiled for endangering an apprentice and causing harm to the deputy. She missed them both, even scatterbrained Shadeclaw. She missed his frowns and the greatness of Sunpaw. Her mate Goldenstorm brushed up against her to try and cheer her up. She smiled but then looked down as knowing as if she would have just said "no" would this all not have happened.

It's been two hours and the she-rogue hasn't come back. Sunpaw scratches his ear. He already went out looking for her twice, and Shadeclaw was still asleep. He was glad, it was quiet, but also it will speed up his recovery.
He sits down just inside the shack, thinking of Ravenheart. The way she smiled at him, praising him for his good works. Look where it got him. He couldn't help himself, he whimpered a little bit, missing the she-cats touch.
He looked up as something went past his peripheral vision, and saw the she-rogue struggling to carry three carcasses toward the shack. He immediately forgives her for leaving, and pads over to help.

Ravenheart//Riverclan//
As Ravenheart and the rest of the clans arrived at Fourtrees, she couldn't help but notice the moon out. As known, medicine cats should be out for the moonstone any few moments now. As they sat down, the leaders made there place at the top of the rocks and sat trying to silence the crowd. Ravenheart thought about how much Sunpaw adored gatherings and playing with the other cats and now its a gathering for him. Ravenheart then realized that he'd would be happy to know that an effort to find him and Shadeclaw would be nice. Plus he started an event after him. She smiled a little as Goldenstorm nudged her, then the thought of Sunpaw's vole went across her mind. She got up when Cedarstar commenced the gathering and she sat back down.

There was an unexpected shift in the evening; tonight was a Gathering.
Fireberry gathered up with her clan, and Honeypaw was excited to go to her first Gathering.
As they all took their places and the leaders silenced everyone, Fireberry listened to Cedarstar talk about his clan and how things were going, as did all the other leaders. That's when Fireberry noticed that there was someone missing from below the tree. Finally it came to the leader of Riverclan, and it looked like their smile was pained. After a while they just gave up on a smile. They explained that the deputy and an almost-warrior apprentice fell into the river and were swept away. They begged us to offer at least a patrol from each clan to scout the borders of their area, unless they dared go farther.
Fireberry's eyes widened; she couldn't believe what happened. Did this really happen? Riverclan cats can swim, for crying out loud. She looked down at her paws, but regretted what she just thought. She has to help.
Fireberry called out, "I have an idea!"
All eyes looked on her. "What if we took one cat from each clan to find them? Someone from Riverclan must have been there when this happened, and they could lead the way."

honeypaw-thunderclan- Honeypaws fur bristled. she noticed all the cats muttering, some in agreement and some in disagreement . honeypaw slowly lowered to the ground , feeling the cats gazes burn into their fur. but suddenly she realized that she would actually be happy to be going on the rescue mission. she stood up her chest puffing out. '' I agree'' she said in a strong voice. she was bursting with joy as more cats seemed to agree.

Fireberry nudges Honeypaw for her attention. "Honeypaw, I can't risk you getting hurt out there. It's dangerous, and the leaders might only decide on one warrior from each clan. If, however they do let more cats go, you'll be by me the whole entire time. I will keep you safe. Okay?"
She could see the emotions change back and forth on the new apprentices face, and she felt sympathy. Fireberry knew she would do the exact same thing if she were an apprentice. It definitely will be an adventure.

honeypaw purred lightly '' its ok if I don't get to go'' . she lied . big time.
she shuffled her paws as she waited for how the leaders would react.
horrified?impressed? who knows what!
she saw the leaders exchange glances. it was like they had some kind of language .

Fireberry could see in Honeypaw's posture that she was a bit sad. She replies, "I don't know, but our leader knows what's best for our clan. We'll just have to-"
"We have made a decision!" They both hear.
The leader of Riverclan looks out at all the cats. "We have decided that a search party will be sent out with Ravenheart of Riverclan, and she will decide who gets to go on the journey. Apprentices may go if they are chosen, but be weary. The lands farther down the river have rogues, and Starclan knows what else. Be safe."
With that, the Gathering ended, and a few cats piled over to where Ravenheart was, asking to go.
Fireberry looked down at Honeypaw. "Want to go ask? Ravenheart and I have been friends in the past, maybe she'll let us go."

honeypaw glanced at her her eyes sparkling. ''is that a trick question? lets go! she starting running but she slowly stopped. '' who is Ravenheart?'' . her eyes sparkled , her fur was fluffy. she looked like a kit! but suddenly another cat shoved himself between them. he glanced back and the orange she-cats fur laid down. his eyes suddenly gazed into hers but he shook his head and grumpily padded off. the small apprentices eyes followed him until he was out of sight.

'' don't riverclan cats smell like-'' she gazed at Ravenheart.
many cats were trying to look impressive as they strutted away or hung around beside her. the gray tom was sitting next to her , purring. then he suddenly moved to stand beside Honeypaw. he was strangely close but he did look more polite compared to last time.

Fireberry laughs. She pardons herself as she squeezes past the other cats to get to Ravenheart.
When she finally reached her, she sighs. "Ravenheart."
The beautiful she-cat looks back at her, and Fireberry saw a smile in her eyes.
Fireberry asks, "So... need an old pal to go on this journey with you? I have a feeling you'll need people you can trust on this journey. My apprentice, as you can see, really wants to come."
They both look at the apprentice, who was laughing beside the tom.
Fireberry looks back at Ravenheart, hoping that their friendship will not cut tithes here.

honeypaw was showing the tom her stalking and pretended to pounce on him. the tom purred and pushed her away gently. he looked so delicate but strong. soon another cat cuffed his ear and made him leave. with one more glance at the orange she cat he slowly padded away , sadly. honeypaw padded towards the two cats and gave a small greeting. she gazed at Ravenheart and purred '' you look lovely today!'' but as she looked at her own pelt she started grooming herself. as she completed her quick groom she looked up and compared the she-cats pelt to her own.
