This idea was inspired by Faith the two legged dog. She was born with a brain defect that affected her bodies development causing her to walk on her back legs. With this mutation the lion could be positioned in different ways, which is ever best for the artist. I had first thought they could be sitting down, lying on its back, or standing on its hind legs. (The hind legs might not work though). This mutation would be a lethal mutation, since it will have a harder time to get around and a smaller chance against large predators |

I would suggest that it be lethal because the lion wouldn't be able to get around as a cub and it would get eaten by a bigger animal or left behind (still supporting, though) 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 25/09/16 @ 14:59:50 by pastellprincee (#91707) |

Hey, This is a rather good idea. I imagine it'd be rather adorable to see one on their back legs. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I would image it would have hard getting around. I would say a lioness with this mutation can't hunt because of the lack of front legs. A lion with this mutation can't become king due to not being able to get around easily, and won't be able to fight other lions, hyenas, etc. I hope this makes sense as to why i think a pride member with this mutation cant hunt, patrol. 0 players like this post! I do agree it would be adorable to see one on its hind legs. I do agree it should be lethal because of the reasons pastellprincee (#91707) stated. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Me too. It wouldn't be lethal to cub itself, lethal in other ways that pastellprincee (#91707) stated. 0 players like this post! Like? |

What I would like @Jaci is if they can make it is less rare than other lethal mutations. 0 players like this post! Like? |

What if they just had higher needs that other lions? For example, The need to be protected more than the average cub. Or perhaps they have shorter life spans? 0 players like this post! Like? |
