I was thinking this morning about the travesty that is too many Special Lionesses end up on accounts who never appear to log on after the user initially impresses the lioness. I agree that everyone should have a chance to obtain the lioness and that once you win her you can do what you wish. But, what if a confirmation claim system was implemented? Ex: John Doe impresses the special girl. A few days later he wins the weekly lioness. But, in order to claim her he has to click a button. Maybe an in-game notification pops up saying: Congrats! You won this week's special lady! You have XX days to accept her into your pride! Click here to welcome her! If there is no claim within a certain time frame (let's say for this example 30 days) then the lioness either gets redrawn or goes back to the bucket to be impressed again. If the user comes back to the game after the time is over and clicks on the notification, it could change to say: Sorry! Time has run out to accept this lioness! She has left in a huff to seek another pride! That way anyone still has the exact same chance to win her, but they have to be playing the game to accept her. (Of course if the user decides after that to leave the game, there's nothing that can be done about that.) Anyway, just a thought! Other Suggestions/Additions: By Talmoi: Change impress opportunity to be daily vs. weekly. The more days you impress, the higher the chances of winning. By whales0ng: I think it would be best if the notification disappeared and so they would never know that they were originally drawn. I would be heartbroken if I left for a month and got a message that the lioness had moved on, but it would be fine if I never knew! This is what is already done if the winner has full territory. I would be concerned about original winners harassing the next winner if they knew they had lost their chance |

I completely support, except for one thing: if someone is on hiatus, for example, and wins but does not claim the RL in time, I think it would be best if the notification disappeared and so they would never know that they were originally drawn. I would be heartbroken if I left for a month and got a message that the lioness had moved on, but it would be fine if I never knew! This is what is already done if the winner has full territory. it says something that rn your odds of winning the raffle lioness are abt that of randomly getting a shiny in current gen pokemon in any one battle... which to me, seems ridiculously comically small if u consider that chance is only rolled once a week. thats abt a 1/2000 chance... and theres 52 weeks in a year. that means youd have to play consistently, impressing every week without fail, for an average of 38 years (2000/52) paying around 100,000 SB. so anything to make the raffle lionesses more fair would be great !!! 0 players like this post! this suggestion is literally what i've been thinking about for weeks. july's pulsar lady is the only lioness on site with slot 9 scoundrel feline, which i need for a project, and her owner is 1) a newbie and 2) hasn't logged in since before they won the lady. pretttttttty sure they're not coming back oof support, but i would rather not have a notif that 'the lioness has left your pride' due to you not accepting her in time. like @ whales0ng said, i would be heartbroken if i missed my chance due to inactivity (i use my side account for freezing hybrids) on another note i've been playing the game since 2013 and have never, not once, won a raffle lioness  although i'm not religious about entering the raffles, soo that could be factoring in to my horrible bad luck  i'd love to be able to actually see my notifications and check my inbox without having to roll over. like right now I have four unread messages on my side, but i can't roll until september due to freezing my girls as long as possible, so... those are going to go unread for weeks rip 1 player likes this post! Perhaps the message for winning a raffle lioness could show a notification on the home screen like player messages do. Though if someone doesn’t want to roll their side, the winner of the last RL is listed on the RL page so players can check if their side account won that way! Edit: The winner is also announced in News posts on Fridays, so that’s another way to check! There are 2 ways to look and see if your frozen account won without rolling it and you need to roll to claim the lioness. 0 players like this post! I think instead of the lioness having to be re impressed, there should be three people that are drawn in the first place? I don't know if that makes sense, but people rely on these lions to bring about the new markings, and if they go back into said bucket to be redrawn, then we may have to wait on markings that should have been accessible to us for awhile. I understand the concern of new players receiving the special lionesses, like sure they might go inactive, but I doubt it has to do with proficiency. Only dreamboats can attempt to woo the lioness, and it takes a while to get to dreamboat, plenty of time to get to know the game. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I love this, it’s fair to everyone. Too many RLs go to waist because people enter the raffle and decide to just drop off the edge of the earth. Having a confirmation notification to claim would fix everything! I’d say, give the winner one weeks rotation to claim. If no claim, then the RL gets re-Raffled the following week. One week may sound short but if they aren’t going to be here in that week, then odds are they won’t be in the following week either. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Completely agree and support! But; @Opti ❤ I disagree with your statement. It's always luck of the draw with these girls. Sure maybe it's been new players who win recently but that's not fair to reduce other people's chances of winning just because they're new. You still have to grind to get your base lion to Dreamboat to even get a chance. It took me a long time to get mine there. In the same sense, you could say since proficient players who already have all the cool morphs and hybrids should have their chances to win limited because they play so much and got all the cool stuff. It's not right or fair to have anyone's chances lessened. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

I’m concerned on why you guys want to spread marks, Yes. I get it goes to inactive players but if they want to keep the lioness exclusive ( ie, for either keeping the price up to sell her later on or make sure her heat gets higher as years go by, etc ) They do NOT have to share the lionesses marks with you and I think it’s selfish the way you only care about spreading marks and not respecting others reasons , or choices. Even me as a new player ( ie a rolled lion yet I’m experienced with the game a bit. ) would realize that excluding new players because they are new and you want all the special markings and bases because it’s a A raffle lioness and you think because you are more experienced, and a “ elder “ or , original player to this game you deserve the raffle lioness more and players do not deserve an equal chance to win it. 0 players like this post! The original suggestion is to implement a sorta “Claim Lioness” button/notification to the winner, to prevent the lioness from being locked on an inactive account. Not to put a limit on who can try claiming and who can’t. I feel like where these conversations are headed would be more suitable for an entirely different Game Suggestion. It is only fair that everyone on Lioden, new and old, have a shot at winning. As was pointed out it takes Dreamboat impression to even have a shot, which by then newer players will have had a chance to learn more about what the RLs are about. What happens after the lioness is claimed is up to the player. It’s their lion to do with as they please. 1 player likes this post! Yeah, I couldn’t find the user but I was implementing my opinion on their kind of selfish comments, as they are only worried about spreading marks and RLS going out to people who will stud them out / breed 0 players like this post! Like? |
