I really agree! I have a 'Collect 50EE a Day' challenge, which was fine until the eggs started breaking. I've had about four egg breaks in a row, through the course of a single bar of energy.

I don't mind eggs breaking; I just feel it's too high.

Aww man, that stinks. I only really use 2 bars on weekdays without energy boosts so I'm only getting like 14 a day now

Just to clear up the egg breaking thing:

We realised that with the introduction of the mask encounters that nobody would really feel inclined to remove it, which leaves the bunny chasing encounters (which occur only when you don't have the mask on) completely irrelevant.

The egg-breaking was supposed to be added in on day 1, I unfortunately forgot to upload the file to make the change (stupid Abbey) which is why it's only just started. So you can blame me for the change on that part.

There is absolutely no egg-break chance on eggs collected without Wenet's mask, there is roughly a 30% chance for a single egg break with Wenet's mask. If an encounter could give 2 eggs and the egg-break chance happens, you should still get 1. If you're personally experiencing a higher rate than 30% then that's just bad luck unfortunately, the code only has it at 30%.

On top of the egg-breaking as an attempt to encourage people to remove the mask occasionally, we also added a rare chance of a special item that can be gained from chasing bunnies. This is still a secret though until someone uncovers it ;)

I hope this helps you understand *why* we included an egg-break chance if nothing else :) Wenet's mask encounters were supposed to help with the egg flow as well as complete the quests, but not be the sole way of exploring this month.

This is, even if you intended it to be 30% and the code says so as well, Abbey, the breaking rate is just too high. It is far higher than 30%. The way they break, it seems like 40-50% to most of us.

And if it is so bad already, then maybe lowering the rate to 20-15% would get the desired effect instead and would feel like 30%.
