The young she-cats head tilted, "But... Ugh" she silenced herself, trying not to cause any trouble between herself and either the leader or the medicine-cat. Quietly standing up, she quickly trotted over to the supposedly fresh kill pile, leaning her head down and snatching a half-frozen vole and trotting back at the entrance of the apprentices' den, setting herself down.

Starkclaw looked at Blackfang, eye's narrowing slightly at the other cat. Standing up, she closed her eye's "I guess we can talk later Jynxstar." Turning, she flicked her tail annoyingly towards Blackfang. The deputy could easily get on Starkclaw's nerves, but, she would not worry about her, she medicine cat had more important things to do, like check up on the kit, which she definitely didn't want to do.

Finished with the vole she snatched up, she stood up, only a part of her muzzle was covered in blood stains. Trotting over to her supposedly so-called mentor, "So... Starkclaw, anything you need?" she questioned her, sitting herself down.

Looking over to Halfpaw, Starkclaw blinked "Sure. Later on, we will be heading out to go collect some herbs, so I need you to go check on which ones we need the most before we head out. You could do that, right?" The last word was slightly loud, her ear's twitching expectantly. It was hard to control an apprentice, but this one seemed to be all in a bag of chips as the two-legs said. Basically, it meant that she was helpful and well behaved.

Blackfang:you need to show you leader more respect you wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him and he is extremely brave to rescue that kit it could have died and who nows maybe that kit is a future leader so hold you tounge next time you challenge him for his actions
