WIP

Often people ask this question, What mutation items can I use together? and people debate on the answer. This guide is to help those wondering.
Note: Pennyroyal and CRB were separate because it is a special procedure.

CRB & Pennyroyal (& Red Cock)
You can use a CRB first. Wait the three days until the lioness is in heat. Then you can use a Pennyroyal to increase the odds of getting a smilus.
Say you had a primal born, the Pennyroyal increase the chances of said primal being a primal Smilus
If you use a red cock, it also increases the chances of having a Primal Smilus because Smilus cubs can only be male.

CRB & Lion Meat, GMO Cow, or Lion Scrotum
As with the CRB and Pennyroyal, you should always use the CRB first. After you use he CRB, the lioness should be on a three day cool down. Once she is in heat again, use the Lion meat, GMO Cow, or lion scrotum. *You can only use the CRB and one of these items*

Pennyroyal & Lion Scrotum, Lion Meat, or GMO Cow
According to Locust, you can use a pennyroyal with any one of these items. The Pennyroyal will increase your chances of any primal mutation being a smilus. The other items will increase your chances for a mutation.

Red Cock, Great Tit, Grain Of Paradise, or Buffalo Scrotum
These items can be used with ANY of the above combinations to choose the number of cubs and/or the gender of the cubs. Do not use the Red Cock and Great Tit together, however, as they will not work and whichever you used last will be the gender of the cubs.

CAN'T be used together!
GMO Cow & Lion Scrotum
GMO Cow & Lion Meat
Lion Scrotum & Lion Meat
Great Tit & Red Cock
CRB & CRB
Lion meat & Lion meat
GMO cow & GMO cow

Special thanks to Locust (#54568) for helping me.

Yep! Since gmo takes the mutation item slot and buffy takes the quantity of cubs slot :)

How about Lion scrotum + CRB + Buffalo scrotum? Or if I drop the CRB and just do this *Lion scrotum + Buffalo scrotum* does it still work?

@Dottore- Lion Scrotum is to copy the mother's mutation and Buffalo scrotum is to give min of 3 cubs. CRB is to miscarry the litter to increase chance of general mutations. so to make it all work, give CRB first ONLY. then after she miscarries the litter, she will come back into heat in 3 days. when she does, THEN give the lion scrote to her and the Buffalo scrote to the male you're breeding her to. the lion scrote has a 25% chance of copying the mom's mutation except in DU's which is 5%. i know that kinda sucks. if you give her the lion scrote then CRB her, you just wasted a very expensive breeding item as it's a one shot only item.

thanks! that Blep baby with the heavy pelt may be the only one in game with it. i may have a difficult time pricing it to sell. keeping the other for a broodmother.

@Andrea
yes, the Crunchy is for a chance to copy mom's looks, and the lion meat is just to up the chance for general mutations. i just did it on my last Blep breeding
