Ravenclaw just came back from a night patrol. The sun beamed in her eyes so she looked away before throwing a vole into the fresh kill pile.

Blossompaw stretched in her nest, waking up a little early than she normally would. She crawled out of her nest so she could stretch without disturbing her bed, sinking her claws into the dirt. Scenting the air, she wandered out of the medicine den, sensing at least one cat in camp who was awake.

Emberstar's maw parted into a large yawn as he padded out of his den, still a bit groggy from waking up just moments before. The mottled tomcat's lemon gaze scanned the camp to ensure that everything was in-check. From what he saw, there was nothing out of the ordinary. That was good. His form relaxed, glad that everything was okay. Now, onto socialization. There weren't many cats roaming the camp; it was still fairly early and the majority were likely sleeping or still on patrol. The leader of ShadowClan lowered his haunches and tucked his paws behind his bushy tail while trying to decide whom he'd speak to. He eventually decided to stand up and trot over to Ravenclaw, his multicolored tail raised in a friendly manner. "Hi, Ravenclaw," he greeted the tuxedo she-cat. "Did the patrol go well?"

Bounding up to her leader and her fellow warrior, Stormsong quickly meowed out a greeting before rushing over to Blossompaw to do the same. After greeting the others she went over to the fresh kill pile, and snagged the newly placed vole and padded over to a spot in camp where she had a view of everything going on within and began to eat. While eating she began to plan where she should send today's patrols as well as who to send on them.

Ravenclaw looked t her leader and respectfully bowed. She heard his question before stretching her legs. "Yes the patrol went fairly well no cya in sight and zero scents. Though the borders will have to be redone soon thy are fainting a bit." When she was the small innocent kit stolen from windclan which she doesn't know of, she was trained start when she could speak. Ravenclaw's mentor who had passed had taught her everyone to know but because he was harsh on her, she always does everything correctly most of the time.

Emberstar gave a quick nod in acknowledgement of Stormsong's greeting before continuing to listen to Ravenclaw's response to his question. "That's good to hear. I'll remember to send a patrol that way to freshen the borders," he replied after the warrior had finished speaking. Ravenclaw had been trained well, that was for sure, but knowing the she-cat's origin caused guilt to prick his pelt. Of course, the capture was out of his paws; it had been his predecessor's decision. But he still felt somewhat errant. Anyways, that was in the past. Besides, it didn't seem like she had remembered any of it, and had grown up in ShadowClan all the same.

ShadowLeaf padded out of the medicine den, a bundle of herbs in her mouth. She sat outside her den, placing the herbs down carefully. She started sorting them out of boredom. She remained silent, except for the grumbling of her stomache.

Raven claw bowed a bit again before leaving the leader. She went to the fresh kill pile not seeing the vole she put down so she sighed and picked up a squirrel. She moved away to her own little part which was a patch of green grass. Ravenclaw now started to eat before heading off to The Warriors den to rest her eyes

After Ravenclaw left, the mottled tomcat began trotting over towards where his deputy had settled, eating a vole. Emberstar spoke a quick greeting to Stormsong. "How are you?" he asked in a warm manner. He'd ask about patrols and whatnot afterwards. It'd take some time to send out the next patrol anyways.

Pausing from her vole, Stormsong licked around her muzzle and responded, "I'm doing great! What about you?" Then without waiting for a response, though with a bit of a mischievous smirk, she added "Have you eaten anything today? Do you want some of this vole? What's the report from Ravenclaw?"

Shadowleaf finished sorting herbs ad padded to the prey-pile. She weighed her options, then took a fat bird out of the pile. She yawned. Shadowleaf picked up her bird and padded over to where the leader and deputy chatted. Underneath her calm exterior, she was panicking. Her heart was racing. She had to talk to her leader.

Emberstar parted his mouth to speak, before being bombarded with a plethora of questions. Well, not necessarily a plethora, since there were only about four. "I'm doing good, I haven't eaten anything yet, I'm fine thanks, and there's no trouble, the borders just need to be refreshed," the tortoishell tomcat said, answering Stormsong's not-quite-plethora of questions in order with an amused smile gracing his muzzle. His ears pricked to the sound of a cat approaching. He turned his head to see Shadowleaf, the clan's medicine cat. She seemed fairly calm. "What do you need, Shadowleaf?" he asked, taking his attention away from his deputy for a moment.

Lightningpaw trudged out of the apprentices' den, his jaws open in a wide yawn. It was too early, he decided, but he had to get up or else the older cats would give him a sound thrashing.
He padded over to the medicine cat's den and poked his head in. He looked around, ears flicking. "Hello..? Anyone home? My paw's hurting again." Just days before he got a thorn lodged in the pad of his paw, and even though it was healing, it hurt to walk.

Blossompaw had gone back into the medicine den. She turned her head toward the entrance, in the direction of the apprentice. "Again?" she said, slightly amused. "Did you get another thorn in your paw?" She teased, and padded over to him.
