Michael looked at her, he was still confused but merely nodded. "Sounds interesting.." he said, what a weird sight, a three headed lion? How weird would that be.. he nodded when she said it wasn't for everyone. "I guess so.." he said simply. "Want to go do something before the day wastes away to nothing?" He asked, being exaggerative. He had a carefree tone, trying not to sound too friendly.. but what in the world did she think of a creature like him? He didn't exactly have a species...

Mike thought about the question.. what would they do? Then, he looked at her after he noticed her staring.. the look she had sort of made him uneasy. He quickly looked away and clearrd his throat, "Um.. maybe go check out the new baby foxes that were born about a week ago in the forest near my house?" He said, trying so hard to act like the look she was giving him wasnt bothering him at all. Why was she looking at him like that anyway? It was kind of weird.. though he didn't move, he was still being cautious. No one needed him and he didn't need Anyone, that was his resolve. He just liked to hang out with her for some odd reason.. some might say they are friends and that might be true.. but he was still as detached as before.

Mike had no idea what in the world was happening. She had glanced down and then looked at him, his mask was moved and then he was kissed.. she was blushing and he was sitting there shocked. He was silent, unable to really comprehend what just happened.. but when it clicked, his face slightly flushed. Though it wasn't visible.. the violet blue changed to a violet Orange, the orange was noticeable but it wasn't bright. He was confused about why.. but he didn't want anyone to like him.. at least not enough to make them kiss him. He looked away, staring at the floor, then he actually spoke. "I uh.. I better get going.."was all he could say before he got up to leave. Why would she like him of all creatures? She could probably have anyone she wanted, yet she was after him.. he started to put on the jerk hat. He didn't want to get hurt and he didn't want to hurt her even more than he probably would by full out telling her he was alone in the world and that was what it would always be..

(That didn't go as expected but ok.. XD I shall show why he was so uptight but didn't actually reject her c;)

Mike was gone as soon as he heard her leave. He was already flying, and it wasn't to his house.. he was going much further than that. He was going to where all the hurt had started.. his home before he moved. He landed in a spot in front of a house that was near a town, it was an old, tattered building with wear and tear everywhere as he could see. The outside was made of wood, everything on the outside of the house had wood and the only parts that didn't were the windows. He stood there and stared at it.. he turned to a tree with the same tire swing he had here. True he basically grew up in the house he was now, but he had lived here as well from time to time. That tire swing brought back so many memories.. good and bad.. the ones that kept rushing back were of the girl and him.. how he had fallen for her and thought she had fallen for him, he knew now that that was a mistake.. having feelings for anyone was a mistake. All it does is hurt people and he hated it.. he didn't want them.. he looked towards the house and then I'm the direction of the village. They were the reason they had left. But for him, he left because of the girl... he poured his heart out for her and she just outright rejected him in the most cruel way possible.. Why would anyone want to feel like that again?

Mike had stayed near that house all night, it was basically like reliving it all again. He remembered every detail.. but he knew they couldn't have stayed together anyway, like most creatures like him he was basically immortal. He lived for a very long time, the only way he'd die was from any mortal disease or getting stabbed or something.. at least that was what he was told. But he knew they basically live forever because his parents looked as though they were still 30 and yet they were in their sixties.. sure people could say "vampire" but they weren't dead.. they weren't cold either. To them he was still young.. basically always would be. But the thought of how it all went down just brought reality back to him.. love wasn't for him. It never would be and he had to accept that.. he thought about it all until the sun began to rise. He flew off to his favourite spot in the mountains near the house and sat down, watching the sun rise. "I feel like such a jerk.. yet, I can't let her like me.." he said to himself as he stared at the horizon. Why did it all have to go down like this? Somewhere deep beneath the scars, there was still remanents of himself that still loved and cherished things.. it waited to spring.

She was learning defensive moves.
But she thought she would learn attacks as well.

Michael had made his way back to his house, taking detours so he didn't have to be there too quickly.. he flew over Dahlia's house, something always made him come back here. He hovered in the air above her house for a long moment before he basically dropped out of the air. He had closed his wings so he plummeted towards the ground, when he was close enough to the ground he opened them once again. This made him land on his feet gently from almost plummeting to the ground at a dangerous speed due to gravity. He had landed on the other side of the fence.. he looked at her, even though his face couldn't be seen, it had a gentle expression.
