Anders Pride is a pride that lives in Africa with lions of many different colors and genetics. These Lions live on a government protected land and cannot be killed. You can have as many lions that you own in this roleplay as you want. Here are the rules. 1. being disrespectful towards other players and no swearing the exception I guess would be lion slang. 2. Please do not kill another players lion or hurt it without asking that player if you can and no challenging for a higher position without messaging me and asking me. 3. Any mating will be either fade to black or and so they mated. 4. The king of the pride is the allowed to mate with all of the females he wants and he is expected to as king. Males will not be accepted until a little later please. 5. You may have as many of your own lions as you want in this roleplay 6. Cubs can be born a day after the king and the lioness breed. 7. If you don't reply with your lioness often or don't use her anymore I will take it and roleplay with it. 8. Breedings are expected to be fade to black or done through pms. I hope you have fun. Imara lifted her head, letting her tongue hang out of her mouth. She sat underneath a scraggly tree, but it had long died an all that was left was the rattling skeleton that provided her little shade. She flicked an ear in annoyance at the presence of a fly and stood. She padded out past camp, wandering down to what was left of the watering hole. The crowds of animals shifted away from the scant muddy puddle as she approached. She dipped her head and lapped up some of the remaining water, not much, just enough to sustain her. Then she turned and padded back into camp, casting about for some shade to rest in until evening, when it would be worth her while to try to hunt. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Abilene chuffs the young 3 year old lioness is pregnant with her first litter of cubs from Anders. She was due any day now but restless she wanted to hunt or do something. Her sister Sandy reminds her that she should be nesting instead of trying to hunt and be restless. (Hey guys I'm back! Anyone wanna play one of her cubs? Midnight got up from her nap and stretched, her muscles rippling under her fur. She groaned. She was in heat and everything was uncomfortable. She laid down and rolled onto her side. Juhi crouched low to the ground her tail flicking from side to side. Her gazerested intently on a bundle of grass not too far away. A growl rumbled in her throat as her hind quarters wriggled, then, with a screech, she launched. Her paws smacked the ground snatching not one bit of the target. Her gaze flicked up with a look of dismay. The grass lay right before her only stirred by the whisper of wind. A huff escaped her as her ears pulled back and her claws tore at the ground. The quick huff was followed by a small whimper of hurt, disappointment swept through her. Juhi swept her gaze toward where she had left Abhaya. "This is impossible, I'll never be able to distance my leaps." Distress filled her mewl. What if she failed future training? What if she could never hunt? She crawled back to Abhaya tail twitchinghoping the young lioness would offer some kind of praise to cheer her. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Abhaya purred lightly as she watched Juhi practice early training. Her claw less paws groped at her makeshift nest wishing she could hunt efficiently. With her defect she had to adapt to different techniques. Her purr was cut short when the young cub missed her target by a mouselength. She couldn't blame the cub, it was hard measuring smaller creatures. Her tail flickered as Juhi stumbled over head lowered. "It's quite alright. Just remember practice makes perfect." She stated with a gently purr. As soon as Juhi was close enough, Abhaya grabbed her scruff and pulled her closer. With gentle force she sent her tongue over the cubs shoulders. "It takes time and lots of patience." Her paws held the lion cub tight as to make sure she stayed put. "Besides you have loads of time to grow up. Enjoy the play time before you are training all day." She loosened her grip and nudged Juhi. "How about a game of tag?" 0 players like this post! Like? |

"And don't bring up hide and seek, there's nowhere to hide in camp. Unless you are searching for trouble." A snort escaped her before she scrambled from Abhaya's grasp. She turned quickly to send a glare to the lioness. "Besides don't you have training to get on with?" Juhi did regret her stinging words as they escaped her mouth. How could she let these words loose? This lion had adopted her in without a second thought. Without her she'd most likely be a goner. No apologies came to mind though. With a last huff, Juhi swerved around and stalked back to her grass pile. Her paw scraped over the scraps and flicked an ear. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Umm, are we the only ones here..?) Abhaya nearly chuckled at Juhi's snappy words. The cubs last statement had her ears pinned to her head. Training, had she not been around enough? Was she training too hard? She shook her head and leapt to her paws following the young cub. "There is no need to get angry. Soon you will not be the youngest lion in camp. You will have others to play with that are smaller than you." She stated stalking up to Juhi. "Now, if you wish to train at least get the crouch right." She chuckled lightly as she halted next the the cub. "Pull in your hind legs more they will help you leap further. Then just slightly pull you forelegs forward." She flicked her tail twitching it from the ground. She froze to allow Juhi to copy her stance. If she didn't want to play they would train.  Juhi perked up as soon as Abhaya stalked towards her. Finally she could learn something useful. As soon as Abhaya started speaking she was already trying to copy. Head legs tucked, forelegs stretched, not that far. Juhi glanced towards Abhaya straightening herself carefully flicking her tail above the earth. "Like this?" She whispered, she was too concentrated on her stance. Juhi could not wait for an answer. With a yowl, the young cub launched forward. This time her paws snatched the lump of grasses. A squeak of satisfaction escaped her as she swerved to face Abhaya. Was it really that easy? Why couldn't she get it before? Juhi switched her gaze to the ground. She had said she couldn't do it. It was impossible. Switching her line of thought, Juhi threw out a quick question. "Can you show me some battle moves?" She stated quickly before adding, "pleeease!" Imara padded through camp, searching fruitlessly for a shady spot. She spotted Juhi practicing pouncing and she smiled slightly, changing her course. "Greetings Abhaya, Juhi." Abhaya rolled her eyes gripping at the ground. "Sure, why not?" At least the cub was having fun. She shook off the stalkers crouch and released a friendly play hiss. Her gaze snapped at the sound of her name being called in greeting. "Good day Imara. You're more than welcome to lay there." She stated flicking an ear.
