I've personally cleaned incredibly greasy, clay-stained bones with water and soap, as well as the whole peroxide to water mixture. Definitely involved an old toothbrush for it all, but I don't have a whole ton of experience with personal practice.

Teeth do usually need to be glued back into place, super glue does a great job.

My mother recently found a mummified mouse at her work. She gave it to me and I'm wondering if there is a way to sanitize it and de-scent it. I know it's never going to smell like roses and it's not ever going to be something that I can rub eye after touching, but any tips on how I can work with it?

You can lightly spritz some 91% rubbing alcohol and wipe it off. Once it's dry, you can cover whole thing with borax for some days for smells/bug prevention. Afterwards, dust it all off with an old toothbrush you'll never use for your mouth again

Heyho! I joined this clan yesterday and thought I'd make a little introduction!
I'm Paws, a vulture and animal caretaker from Germany! A fellow vulture friend convinced me to join lioden a couple of weeks ago and so far I enjoy it!

The clan abides by the Code of Conduct, as well as having a set of our own rules, which reiterate what the Code of Conduct already covers. This includes, but is not limited to:
Being respectful to all members of the clan, even if you disagree with personal opinions
No bigotry
Generally just be good to one another on the thread

As a group, we practice in legal acquirement of animal remains, be it their bones, feathers, claws, and so forth, without endangering an animal's life.
We discourage people from sharing anything that may be considered illegal under animal protection laws as to avoid getting anyone in trouble.

The thread can be used to have casual discussion that can venture off topic in a way that is friendly and non-advertisement. This includes, but is not limited to discussions about hobbies (outside of the culture), work, games, victuals, lioden events/lions, and more :) Hopefully this helps!

There is an in-game advantage to mutual clan members, albeit small. It simply provides a pride member mood boost (+3% every click) 20 times a day. That's the only one as far as I know. Any additional advantages are exclusive to the clan's decision (ie. beneficial raffles)

We're currently planning a raffle to help boost players breeding experience with February items.

Oh boy I've done it now
I finally caught up on the late clan fees, plus a little more to hold it in case I fall off again (hopefully not? work is beating me with a stick )

I, unfortunately, found a button while looking through the join requests for the group! It said "Remove inactive for 30 days" and had about 100 members listed, so I thought it was just removing inactive requests- boy was I wrong! I'm sorry for anyone that was on a little hiatus and may have been removed- I pushed the big red button without knowing what on Earth I was doing. So, so sorry!

Yes!! I seriously hate letting it get away from me like it has this last time (RIP like 20k silver beetles, you served me well!)..
It should be much easier to keep a hold of it now- although I'm working a really tiring job, my headspace is SO much clearer and I'm hoping that I'll have more time for Lioden :)
