You slowly turn your head to face what it is that's breathing on your neck. It appears to be another hound, perhaps a guard dog? It doesn't appear aggressive however, maybe it's wondering what you're doing.

What will you do?

You slowly approach the unconscious hound and squat down, giving its shoulder a light poke. It's still unmoving and so you move to a more aggressive approach, shaking the hound. Not too roughly, just enough to see if it will stir the hound awake. It seems to work as the hound wakes up, but it seems frightened as it jumps up and backs away from you.

What will you do?
A. Stay where you are and try to not look like a threat.
B. Go after the hound, you're harmless after all.
C. Slowly move to the hound with a hand out.
D. Eh, if it doesn't like you then it doesn't have to deal with you and you walk away.

You slowly inch your way closer to the hound, reaching out one of your hands as an invitation. The hound scoots itself back a bit and eyes your hand cautiously. Slowly, it begins to move forward, toward you. It doesn't appear to want to hurt you, still. As it gets closer, you can feel it begin to sniff your hand.

What will you do?
A. Try to pet the hound.
B. Keep your hand still.
C. Take your hand back.

Your hand freezes and this is the moment when you wonder if you're going to be part of a hellhounds lunch or still have two hands. It takes a moment for an answer to be given, but the hound soon settles down, seeing that you've listened to its warning. You then hear it muttering something to you. "Follow me." it says as it turns and heads back to the front of the castle.
