Nicola got up on his tiptoes so he could kiss Casimir on the cheek, "Thank you," he said with a smile. After they left the commercial area of the city Nicola began leading Casimir towards a part of the town that was quieter, and more secluded.

"Um... I think a little under a hundred? I mean, I know most people by name so there can't be that many," Nicola said. They stopped at a gated community, enclosed by a high wall to prevent people from seeing into the neighborhood. Nicola walked up to the gate, which was engraved with what looked like a fox with glowing symbols and nine tails.

"Your tribe is quite the introvert," Casimir commented, seeing the high walls. He followed Nicola, now beginning to be curious.

Nicola paused, "Yeah I guess it does seem that way. I think the tribe just likes their privacy." He walked up to the gate and a fox appeared behind the gate. It morphed into a man who narrowed his eyes at Casimir, "Who's he?" he asked Nicola, not letting them in.

Castor finished impaling the snowman with sticks and turned back to Fuji, "Do you want to make the head for it? Or we could just leave it headless. I'm not quite sure how this works."

Ames continued to pretend to be hungry while Rascal tried to actually hide in the trashcan instead of just behind it.

Nicola gestured for Casimir to come over, "Casimir this is Martin, Martin this is Casimir, by boyfriend." Martin's eyes narrowed but he opened the gate, eying Casimir warily.

“Make it a cat head!” The Sphinx turned to Castor with a smug smile, “I wanna make it a cat head. With snow ears..OOO and we can use tree branches for whiskers!” He ran off, searching for materials.

“Ok knock it off now” Dominic told the vampire now standing and crossing his arms. “We just came to say hi not for you to pretend you’re hungry..”

Casimir really wanted to glare back at Martin but he just gave them a nod of thanks and entered.

“Alright,” Ames shrugged, “Y’know what? I’m not hungry anymore.” He glanced at the trashcan to see Rascal’s reaction. Rascal peeked out from behind the trashcan.

Castor rolled a ball for the head then rolled to smaller balls for the ears. He attempted to shape them into cat ears but they ended up to round and the snowman looked more like a bear. He glanced over at the tribe children, hesitated, then asked in a quiet voice as if ashamed of asking for help, "Do you guys know how to make a cat head?"

Nicola didn't seem to notice Martin's glare, or maybe did, and acted like he didn't care, taking Casimir's hand and leading him into the tribe. There were a few people out, most looked like normal people but a few had white hair, ears, and tails, others would be talking to foxes who seemed to be just as common as people. A few people waved to Nicola, but then would hesitate when they saw Casimir, and one woman told her children to stop playing and head inside as they passed.
