The clan soon saw dawn after a long, cold night. Spottedblaze walked out of the den, her paws sinking into the cold snow. She shivered, not expecting the morning snow having such a chill.

Awakening from the Warriors den, Nighteyes lazily stretched and trotted up to his fellow clan mate. He let out a sleepy purr of curiosity on what today would bring for them. ^^

Meanwhile in the apprentices den A usually very excited Frostpaw was instead burried deep inside her nest, faking sleep so she wouldn't need to go on dawn patrol and trudge through all the wet melting snow.

Spiritclaw hurried out of the den accidently hitting Spottedblaze with her tail on the way out jumping into the snow with a large grin on her face hyperactive as always she leaped around the snow multiple times before turning around and facing the den where her clan stood.

Finally, amid all the excitement, frostpaw slowly trudged out of her nest and into the clearing, blinking as the bright snow reflected sunlight into her eyes.

Foxwink followed Nighteyes out of the den before walking up to Spottedblaze. The medicine cat purred at her presence. Foxwink gave her a cheeky smile. "You get those herbs sorted last night?" Her country accent crackled.

Spottedblaze chuckled. "Oh, don't blame her again. She just became an apprentice today, she's excited!" She spoke, making Foxwink laugh a bit. "Oh I know, but even you didn't make a huge mess the first time you touched the stash of herbs!"

Spottedblaze chuckled once more. "I guess that IS true, but you chased away half of the prey when touring the territory the first time!" She teased with a purr. The two shared a light laugh.
